On The House Homestay

Stayed at this place in first week of March 2016. Booked using MakeMyTrip. It is situated inside a residential complex and is designed on lines of home-stay. After being taken aback on seeing the building, I was pleasantly surprised with the interiors. Very nicely and tastefully done. The room is apt and again tastefully done. They provided WiFi service which was a good connection. Very helpful as I had travelled on business. Breakfast was served and again it was adequate. What could have been betterDinner orders are taken prior to 5pm everyday. We were not informed about this condition. Actually we were not checked-in on the first day and they made an entry on the second night. This was a negative as we could not sit at the On The House Homestay and eat dinner. While there are a few good eating joints nearby in walking distance, it is a dampener if you want to have a quite evening. Don't travel with a lot of luggage as there is no lift. Also the staircase does not allow for much luggage to be moved around. Other than the above two I think it is a very good place to stay in Delhi. Good location, good interiors and hygienic and decent food. Good WiFi connection to top it all. I will certainly consider this place for my next Delhi trip.

The room was large and comfortable. The rooms are tastefully decorated and present a very quite atmosphere when you're trying to rest. It's SUCH a better place to stay than most places and I would go back in a second! Free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, quick on/off to the highway. Lots of places to eat nearby. Not much NOT to like!

Interiors of the house are truly commendable you may want to ditch 5 stars rated On The House Homestay . Some pure Vegetarians might not like to have food here due to preparation of non-veg food around but you can have food outside. If you looking for a stay in Safdarjung area do check this place it will not disappoint you.

I really liked this beautiful place where it felt to be at home. The staff was very courteous and polite and took care of us well. Reaching the place late at night was a challenge as it's located inside a gated colony and most if the gates remained closed.

Room services was good. Location and decoration was also good. Breakfast services was also very good. We feel there as a home. But this is advise that they should provide another food also in On The House Homestay so that we can order from their any time

The room is extremely well decked! but mobile network distribution is horrible in the area! the food was average and so was housekeeping. The wifi connectivity is extremely disastrous. But the room and the peaceful ambience makes up for amy deficit.

Not a On The House Homestay but a guest house, with total 5 spacious room, well equipped clean, nice staff to give you a homely feeling need to search for the exact location, Google map navigation is required to support you to reach the destination

A completely satisfying homely place. Beautiful antique interior. Just cant get my eyes off the beautiful decors on the walls and everywhere. Had amazing rooftop. Definitely must visit place. Moreover have great hospitality as well.

This is my second time at On the House. I am not a 'On The House Homestay ' person and prefer Homestays or. This one is perfect. Though there is too much going on in terms of decor, it is still clean and comfortable.

I stayed one night but it's really awesome to stay here even alone. The furniture at room is antique and beautiful. You can stay here safely for sure!

Needs something to be done to prevent outside (other room/kitchen/dining hall) sounds into The individual rooms.

Located in prime location in centre of the city. Good clean rooms and awesome support by the host. Very awesome living area outside the room. Must visit

Stay was nice. Location is in some colony, took some time to reach but overall stay was nice. Best part was terrace full of amazing decor.

On the house is a cozy place to stay. The owner has put a lot of details in every room. The staff is very friendly and the home made breakfast delicious.

It isn't obvious from The booking that it is a home stay. It's very hard to find with no boards and no visible building number. I had to disturb The neighbors to get to this place.

Just loved being here, pretty, lovely balcony and was perfectly located for me.
