The hotel boasts a good location and the room was clean enough, which saves it from a lower score. However, comfort was severely compromised. The bed was worn and squeaky, and street noise was easily audible, making sleep difficult. Service was inconsistent; staff were present but rarely proactive or helpful. It functions as a place to crash, but major flaws prevent a recommendation. A heavily qualified 2.5/5.

The stay was perfectly average. The service met basic needs but didn't impress. The complimentary breakfast offered a very standard selection—the usual suspects—making it just "okay," or rather, kind of so-so. It lacked any memorable or exciting options. Overall, the experience was neither great nor terrible; it was merely adequate for the price. Would consider other options next time.

Nice swimming pool & Cleanliness & rooms are ventilated . Location is perfect according to Calangaute beach

Food quality was very poor. Service time was 30mins for each dish. Rooms are very dirty and smelling badly. Staff was very less to handle customers. I have to literally ask for dishes to serve food. Many of food items are not there which was on the menu. Not kids friendly at all. Never recommend

Hotel is at great location, close to beach.staff are good and cooperative. Enjoyed the stay. Only down side is the pool time , pool closes at 6.00pm. Pl extend the time.

I stayed at this hotel recently and while the location is undeniably convenient — close to public transport and beachthe hygiene was very disappointing. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, with visible dust in corners and stains on the bedding. The bathroom had a persistent odor and the towels looked worn out. For the price, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the lack of basic hygiene overshadowed the otherwise good location. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Its not a resort, its a house. Mosquito, flies in room, fan sound , no wifi inside room owner say if wana access wifi come to restaurant or reception.

The property was nice in terms of overall cleanliness and looks. However bathrooms need more cleaning, towels could have been more clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Here are some pros and cons: pros: - very economical rates - excellent location, close to the beach - good food options cons: - no jio mobile network signal available - hotel wifi doesn't work - parking is only available outside the hotel premises - food service is slow and takes a long time - coffee quality needs improvement overall, while the hotel has its drawbacks, its affordable price and great location make it a decent option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay near the beach.

The resort is best for it's location. Stayed for three days and stay was comfortable. Rooms are specious. The only thing is that there is need in improvement of quality of mattresses they provide and some renovation work is required like change of floor tiles.

Thee overall experience was awesome. Staff is very cooperative. Cleanliness on its point and the food is also amazing

property location is good, but amenities are not proper whatever they have mentioned even wifi is not there, The water problem in the room continuing running water makes the bathroom wet, sanitary items need to be repaired. breakfast is below average.I ask for shifting due to water issue they shifted my room but there also water problem and bad smell.however staff behaviour was good and cooperative.

While booking room is different and when I visited then all rooms are different. It was mentioned on booking page that Welcome drink, house keeping is covered but we have not received any. I formed to Hotel but they did not bothered. reality it is worst. In the name of mineral water they are giving 500 ml water bottle where MRP print is 10 Rs but hotel charges 30 Rs for it. Same experience with breakfast. Room was mosturized. Blankets ware not cleaned from long time. it was smelling bad and not like to use. Towels ware too old that it was not recommended for use. I recommend not to consider brekfast. This hotel is not recommended for stay.

It's very poor service, room is not clean and not change bad sheet and towel. Nothing found as per price. In evening not found tea. Staff is not supported. Morning breakfast is not sufficient even no fruit shaled. My kids are hungry in every morning. So poor
