Ambience was good and Hotel staff helped in every condition and requirment. Food was tasty and the every place was clean

Overall good experience. It was an budget hotel with Value for money. Service & location were good however there was scope of further improvement of room quality & service. Hotel is 5 min walking from beach & near to Colangute market. However, I feel scenic beauty of Baga & Anjuna Beach are much better than Colangute.

Hotel service was not satisfied and rooms are rot as expected of cost room cleaning and hotel cleaning is not satisfied overall hotel good but not as expected about cost their is too much cost of rooms.

Good resort with clean rooms and good location. P. S. The resort needs to change the complete set of cutlery.

Avoid this resort. Bathroom was not clean. Toilet sink leakage problem not sort out during the stay.

One of the WORST HOTELS, poor and bad service and it will be a disappointment for travellers if you guys go, hygiene is bad. Rooms and bathroom very dirty insects here m there. Manager no concern on anything ,,, working people were least bothered when asked anything

Excellent location @ calangut still tucked away from maddening crowd/markets, pleasant 5 minute walk to the beach. Decent room/service, pool is a plus. Overall good value for money. Phase 2 have better rooms & pool than Phase 1. Payment by card is an issue they need to sort out.

Rooms are fishy.. No ambience. No maintenance, bed is not proper to sleep. It's not even worth for at least 1000 rs to stay in that hotel don't go for it.. Breakfast is worst.

Overall good experience but not comensurate with amount. The location is at prime place but rooms are not as per expectation. Rooms are not cleaned every day. Canteen was reasonable and food was also good

Service is slow else best use of your money. The rooms are excellent and the cleanliness is good. The location is great near to beach and the market area. I am satisfied with the resort. The great value of your money.

Nice place to stay and very near to Calangute beach breakfast is good food is also good swimming pool ready to swim always Overall nice place to stay Staff were friendly too. They take care of your needs if you ask them to guide

Dirty room without any facility. Phone and AC was not working. Dirty Bath room and room were not cleaned properly. Also there stay charges is more if you compare same kind of hotel in same area. Please avoid this hotel

It was total wastage of my money to book this hotel. I booked this hotel for four days and I changed it in second day itself. This is the most pathetic hotel I saw in my Life. There was no cleanliness in room as well as at surrounding area. The staff were very rude and they didn't know how to speak. There was no electricity at hotel. The shimming pool water is dirty. Other visitors were also facing the same issue. They asked the visitors to make police complaint if they want. This was the language of these people. If you really want to give good service to the visitors than please remove this hotel from your list.

Hopeless paid breakfast without any options considering children are also there in the guest's list. Only 2 variety were available at a time. No coffee was also there. Complete wastage of money by opting for breakfast

Really great experience. The staff is very helpful they organized sight seeing for us. Pool side area is very peaceful and relaxed. Also 2 lovely pet dogs they have mareley and xiska, who want to play with us.

Old hotel.. Good services.. Near to Calangute & Baga beach.. Good swimming pool.. But rooms need renovation.. Though not that bad... Recommended to budget travellers... We enjoyed the pool so much.. Good veg restaurants nearby.

1. No GST bill given while I asked they said check out time they will. At check out time they said manager is out of office and printer not working. I was getting late for flight. Without bill I came out. 2. Room cleaning if we tell repeatedly. 3. AC and hot water will not work at a time. Not at all value for money. For service I given 3stars because they provided hot drinking water for my infant baby.

Enjoyable Place. Nice food, we are going with friends & family, nice swimming pool, near to beach, every facility available there. Bikes are also provided by hotel team. Food is also good, veg & non veg both are available & room service also good. Enjoyable Trip
