My stay was good but it would be great if customers can get food of their choice. There are some rats mouse it would be great if rats are captured or killed if they attack of course. 1-2 cockroaches are also living here so take the necessary actions against them. Other than that it's all good. They clean everyday but it would be better if they can provide soap for washing hands because many travellers do not carry a soap with them. Fans are attached for every bad and if someone need to turn on a. C. They turn it on for her/him. Those few rats and cockroaches cannot enter your locker so it's no problem at all. But do not carry too many bags, 2 bags are enough. And it's an affordable place.

The overall experience was good, the beds were comfortable the amenities mentioned were provided, but the beds differed from the photos displayed. No drinking water facility, staff charged us for the bottle, it would be great if the lower the per vied price or increase the lavatory capacity. Had a bad experience using the loo.

Its a good place to stay for solo travelers. Situated near gateway of india, in colorado which is good and historic location @ minimum price

There is a good location in the hostel and near the tourists place many more of them, then nice staff service helping mind.

Location is very good just behind One Step Hostel taj, toilet and washroom is clean. Staff is supportive. Affordable for price.

In this personal trip i had great experience to stay here. Very good hospitality provide us by One Step Hostel manegent. I will be come back
