The property is very close to the beach, on road property with parking space in it. limited menu for breakfast. very friendly staffs, rooms aren't spacious. Helpful staffs. not happy with the cot and mattress. okay to stay.

rooms are at all not good. the fridge was totally stinking nor they have staff away from beach the staff feels not safe

Location - good. The property needs proper maintenance. Half of The wall sockets dont work. The tap almost comes in hand when in use. The AC practically doesnt work half the time. The hotel has all the facilities just needs to maintain it.

The rooms need renovation. Breakfast had only two/three options. Kovalam beach is within walking distance from this hotel.

Location good, service good, amenities average. Food not required. Room clean and hygiene.

Staff is only 1-2 persons managing the whole show. Toiletries are not provided, no kettle, or tea coffee availability in room. Kitchen was not working during our stay, swimming pool was not so clean and found one snake also in adjacent store room. No room service. Should be avoided

The accommodation shown in the view of the net is entirely different, cleanliness not good, rooms. Not to the satisfaction, totally dissatisfied

the all hotel is very good but cockroach a-rounding in the hotel jass in konnyakumari. and opalo kailash kovalam more distance in sea beach. cockroach around ing in the room in hotel jass .

Decent place to stay in kovalam. Little bit far from kovalam beach. Rooms are large. Food is great. Pool was not well maintained.

The room was excellent the location was also good, not too far from beach nor farther from the main road. Both early check-in and late check-out were complimentary and the owner seemed to be a nice person

The hotel is in terrible condition. The walls are damped, taps are broken, ac doesn't work properly, swimming pool is in bad condition. Overall the whole hotel is a mess and must not be recommended to anyone. It doesn't worth the one third of cost, they charged. The breakfast was pretty meagre with idly and bread toast. I regret booking room here and my money is totally wasted. I strongly suggest people to never book with opalo kailash kovalam.

Hotel not worth of 3000 rupees, ac not working, torn bedsheets, mattress also not so gud, zero in terms of providing service

Hotel is 7-8 minutes walk from light house beach. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean but it was small in size but it doesn’t matter. Hotel manager was very polite and nice human being. Tea, coffee was very tasty.

It was a pleasant stay. Value for money. The hotel staffs were very polite and helpful.

Far from beach. Beds are little bit conjusted for family with kids

Bedroom curtains were torn and falling from their fastenings. Glass panes of washroom windows were broken and missing. Room booked was deluxe but not at all upto standard. Very small rooms. I understand that hotels can be small or big but information given on the site should not be misleading. And yes, the 2 cups of tea ordered & served in our room was awful. Distance of the hotel from the beach given Deluxe rooms are so small that a family of 3 would have difficulty in unpacking their clothes and accessing the washroom.

Hotel had no in-house restaurant functional. Rest all was good

Front Desk : Quick & responsive ; Room : lack modern outlook but basic enough. Do not provide electric kettle or tea / coffee maker but tea & coffee from the restaurant taste amazing. Bathroom : compact but absolutely clean. Location : close to Kovalam beach, easily accessible
