Turned Out Worse han Expected

The experience was worse than we expected. We had taken the package of breakfast + lunch/dinner. Firstly, there was no buffet for lunch, dinner as well as breakfast. The hotel had a stand that as the occupancy was low, they couldn't arrange a buffet. Secondly, I had a Premium room booking which was higher than the deluxe room. While checking-in, the receptionist didn't even know about this and was giving us the deluxe one instead. Third, the problem of multiple frequent power cuts. Whenever there was a power cut, the room went pitch dark. Once while having our food, the power cut happened to which we were startled!

Not worth the price

The hotel was not very satisfactory. There were mosquitoes in the room and the bedsheets were not properly clean. The service was quite slow and the bathroom was small. Overall, the hotel is not worth the price charged.

Poor 1 star star stay for the price of 5star

The walls of the hotel room had paint coming off with fungus, damp walls and mosquitoes. The AC was smelling bad, I got scared because of my child, this was definitely not a 4star restaurant as mentioned , a poor 1 star experience and I was asked to pay charges of a 5star room for the same, pathetic.
