Worst experience! The hotel is good but the staff is rude and not professional. Some staff are good but few like the receptionist lady sitting during the day is rude and non professional. Also she doesn't know how to talk to customers. Also, toiletries were not provided until we asked for it. we booked two rooms.

OPO hotel has good food and location, but its room and washroom are not comfortable to use. Rooms are too small and as shown in the description they dont provide any sofa and table to sit in the room. Only one chair is there which also doesnt have space to sit. Also the washrooms doesnt have any towel hanger nor they have given any space to keep your toiletories while taking shower. Even the premium room has the same story as I have stayed in both Delux as well as Premium room.

Your staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The TV connection issue I faced on the first day was resolved immediately with just one call, which I truly appreciate. Whenever I requested food or beverages, the service was prompt and delivered in a single call every time. On the night of 14th November, I had a complaint, and I reported it to the operational manager. He handled the situation very professionally and helped me a lot, which made me feel valued as a guest. The stay experience was very poor. The room and washroom had very foul smell entire 2 days. Food quality was subpar. Some guests were making very loud noise late night and the entire floor was vibrating. The staff was incapable of controlling them. Not recommended for executives.
