OPO The Royal Residency

The facilities are great and the rooms are clean. The staff is nice however, it was very upsetting that they wanted to rip me off and take more money just because my sister was staying with me for two hours before her flight. I didn't pay anything additionally but it's ridiculous to even have to have this discussion because of two hours. She wasn't sleeping at the OPO The Royal Residency, she was just next to me as i checked in, we went for a dinner outside of the OPO The Royal Residency and then she stayed in my room for 30 minutes before she had to go for her flight. How is it possible the reception asks me to pay additional charges for that?

We stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasant ecperience at the op o OPO The Royal Residency. The rooms were fairly clean relative to the country‘s standards, the breakfast was safe to eat (we did not eat anything raw or with mill though) and the bad was comfortable. The OPO The Royal Residency staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate to our needs. The only thing i would recommend is to offer much more bottled water, we only received it upon request. Thanks for the nice stay and your great hospitability! special thanks to dohit!

Hotel is newly constructed. Rooms size is perfect and well decorated. Good ambience. Staff is friendly and room service is available. Though kitchen is not fully operational but food served was good. Nice for single as well as for family.

The place was clean with clean linen and towels. Food service is delayed as they have not got permission for kitchen, hence comes from their adjoining kitchen.

Excellent housekeeping, clean room and washrooms, staffs are also excellent, behaviour of staff are also cooperate

Up o OPO The Royal Residency baht hi sundar aur baht hi achcha hai

The OPO The Royal Residency room was good. But we booked 2 rooms 1 premium and 1 normal rate was 8400+ taxes and normal was 5500+ taxes. But both rooms were same how ? that was something which i don't liked and rest everything was good.

The stay was comforted by warm welcome. The location was good as airport was hardly 10-15 mins away. The food was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. However, the services could have been better though not that bad.
