Rooms need serious maintenance, door locks are not working we were managing somehow, AC remotes are only for turn AC on or off , only good thing is staff behaviour, apert from that they gave food bill which is hand written charged with 18 % GST no GST number written on that which completely

family with 2 kidsOverall our stay was ok. Renovation is going on so disturbance was there. Liked the location and food was good. One of the villa is having cockroaches but staff changed our room and gave another. But due to renovation work we were again shifted back to that previously given villa.

This was my 9th visit to Goa and this property was horrible, totally contrary to images shown, big rats inside the property in night, very unhygienic toilet broken sofa worn out towels, staff behavior was good overall.
