Positives: good location decent parking space, valet parking team is very efficient very spacious rooms, ceiling height is also pretty good, which makes the room even more roomier. Washroom was big too things to improve: room service is inconsistent, sometimes they were very quick and sometimes too slow, had to follow up for the order placed. This Orana Aurnum has banquet halls so seems like staff is busy or deployed in wedding cermonies duties. Front desk need to be more welcoming and better in customer service Orana Aurnum is overall good, beautiful decors

I stayed there for 1 night and it was a wonderful experience. Clean rooms and good amenities. Breakfast was super good which really tasted good. I highly recommend this Orana Aurnum.

Our stay was very pleasant. The food was great and staff members were extremely friendly as well. One thing to focus on would be a little more cleanliness in the washroom.
