Hotel stay was comfortable except for initial glitches. We took twin bed room n were allotted room no. 512 which had problem in bathroom latch. Receptionist shifted us to 4th floor but it was smelling very bad just like some sewer pipe line rupture. We shifted back to 512 again. Ac position n cool air draft doesn't circulate throughout the room so its a bit warmer towards side of the bed. Room tv cable is a bit complicated. We wanted to watch news but couldn't as its too cumbersome to browse through. There's a beautiful swimming pool on top floor n nice seating area adjacent to the pool. One can sit there and enjoy terrace sunshine n also swim if you know. Food was excellent though a bit expensive. We booked room with complimentary breakfast which has to be ordered from few options instead of being a buffet. Breakfast food quality is excellent. Staff is welcoming n very supportive. They were very receptive while we were switching rooms due to initial problems. Hotel location is just 3 minutes walk from vaishali metro station which is like icing on the cake. Overall we were quite satisfied with the stay n would like to book again when we visit vaishali next time )

It was a pleasant stay. From check in to check out each and every staff is very etiquette and well mannered and very cooperative. Room size is much enough in this price range comparatively another properties. Mr sameer from reception mr kamlesh and mr deep is very polite and professional. Only kitchen service is precious and dark side of this Orana Hotel & Convention. I am giving 5 star to this property for all services but ignoring the kitchen service. Some air conditioning work also need attention. As central ac installed but i am not happy with cooling. It’s a honest review of my this stay i hope management will take necessary action on minus point. My suggestion to all travellers try once this Orana Hotel & Convention.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Orana Hotel & Convention. Everything about the Orana Hotel & Convention was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel’s entrance will make you confident that you will get best experience of stay. Room are clean, bed bathroom, AC window scene all was good. their biryani was awesome, noodles and manchurian ws also had great taste. But yes food was expensive… roti I ordered not worth the price. I got kot buffet for breakfast, was served on table with limited options, but taste was okay… overall great peaceful stay.

Location is good, food is little expensive room is very specious. Staff is very polite and well behaved. I like the way they greets with namaste. My room was having some foul smell, after request they changed my room immediately. I was with my family and enjoyed our stay. Housekeeping very prompt. This property is centrally located and has very good connectivity. The amenities are at par with any good established three/four start Orana Hotel & Convention, yes i have written four. In my opinion cleanness and hygiene are the most important facets for any star Orana Hotel & Convention. The staff is very courteous and prompt in services.
