Although the booking specified that a lift facility was available, it was not working. ​Poor Room Allocation: Despite requesting a "River View" room, a "Window Side" room in very bad condition was allocated instead. ​Discrimination/Service Disparity: The hotel staff stated that amenities would only be available if booked directly, and that facilities would not be provided for bookings made through MakeMyTrip. ​Hygiene and Maintenance Issues: ​The room was unclean and appeared to have been used by someone else just prior to allocation. ​The bathroom door did not close properly. ​The bathroom was in a very poor condition. ​There was a severe mosquito nuisance. ​The bathroom was emitting a foul odor. ​Lack of Response from Customer Service: When contacting the call center, they did not provide any resolution and have continually delayed a response, saying they would reply 'shortly' but never doing so.

Very untidy, there is no hot water, and there is no extra bed provided. Poor staff. We never recommend this kind of stay.

Horrible experience. Not given as per details. I visited with my family having with my wife and 2 young children, only two person sleep on the bed, rest had to sleep on floor. Hygiene pethatic, toilet stinking, bathroom mirror having ugly spot. Could not stay for second day. Requested MMT for second day cancellation on 16th Nov around 10 AM.

The business was terrible. No hot water in hotel? Really guys? Also the state of the bathroom terrible. Bad mirror .. dirty sheets. No one on the desk to ask help for!

Food was good. But Cleanliness is not upto mark. Management need to intervene and do the needful for Cleanliness of Room, Bathroom, Bed, Bedsheets & Pillows.

Ac not function, tv not working, current off frequently literally every 5-10 minutes power off and on, bed is not good, ants in food, rooms not maintain well, not prefer with families, worst experience, no bath kit, smelly towel.
