Orania B&B by Atsar| Rooms & Wi-Fi

My stay was short yet comfortable with all the promised amenities functioning fine- clean room and sheets, clean bathroom, working ac. The space in the room was not an issue for me as it was airy with a window which opened onto the terrace and i could see natural light in the day. The space posed no hassle to my movement inside the room. It had a window which opened onto the terrace. The location was well pinned on the map, hence posing no problem in locating it by cab. Autos are available right when one steps outside the homestay. To add to their merit was their extremely polite, helpful and attentive staff. They were kind enough to accommodate my luggage for a few hours after i had checked out. The complimentary breakfast though limited, is freshly and deliciously made. All in all, it was a good and safe place especially for a solo woman traveller looking for a homely yet private stay in the southern part of the city.

First location of Orania B&B by Atsar| Rooms & Wi-Fi is good just walkable to Hauz Khas village and greenpark metro. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Newspaper and tea/coffee kettle is not available in room. Staff and owner behaviour is absolutely good. Only thing is the food, but it is not a restaurant, they have kitchen and you have to order food well before time it's like a mess only. And plus it is over charged. Veg lunch/dinner good amount. Non veg lunch/dinner also huge amount. For business travelers it's highly difficult because they will not give you bill for food items. But if you can manage outside food then this property is absolutely fine. If you want to go for Hauz Khas village for party then this is a good property. Overall good.

I found the place extremely welcoming, the owner, the manager, the cook and his assistant and the utility workers, all these people were extremely welcoming and saw to it that we were comfortable. The food was typically homemade and that added to the charm of the place. An added bonus was the kashmiri handloom shop in the premises which had a beautiful choice of shawls, phirens, carpets and wood craft. Nice place as far as i'm concerned and will definitely stay again if i happen to be in delhi. Keep up the good job guys.

Orania Bandb may not be star rated but the behaviour of the staff is taken into consideration, I have yet to find such level of hospitality in bigger star Orania B&B by Atsar| Rooms & Wi-Fis. From housekeeping to catering we were given personal care. Thanks Orania for this experience. Locationwise no better place to put up in Delhi. Green Park, IIT, AIIMS all at stone throwing distance. Not only I would always want to come back to Orania Bandb but also I would recommend my friends. Zazu and Zulu

The property location is extremely convenient for any tourist coming to delhi. Green park is also a very safe area and the property being inside a residential area makes it even more safer. The kitchen and reception staff is well mannered and cooperative. The only disadvantage is there are not enough options in the food menu. It is basically a bed and breakfast accommodation with complimentary breakfast. However this should not be a problem since you can order online from swiggy/zomato 24*7

A good Orania B&B by Atsar| Rooms & Wi-Fi in the heart of the city. Rooms are neat and clean, though there are limited options available for breakfast the freshly cooked food is delicious. The service staff is very humble and always smiling which makes your day. A good home like experience in an humble environment. Hauz Khas village is only at a walk of 15 minutes. Karims and naturals are nearby to relish taste buds. Metro/taxi/auto availability is super smooth and a plus point.

Very good property at a very nice location. The entire staff is very friendly and the property is very well maintained. It's like actually a home away from home. I stayed here for 3 nights and had an amazing homely feeling at this place. Rooms, washroom etc all are clean and are nice and cozy. Washrooms are clean. Home cooked food. Mr. Zaafar is such an amazing person who is managing this property. I wish him and the entire staff all the best and keep up the good work.

Location is quite good. Airport at 30 minutes distance, metro station is located nearby. All basic facilities are available. Only people looking for specific specially food will have problem here otherwise a perfect place to stay.
Managed by very nice and efficient people, always ready to help you. Extraordinary courtesy. Overall a nice place to stay. Kitchen is small and limited menu is followed but service is good.

We stayed there with our kids. Lovely stay, host and stuff were very helpful. Clean big room, food is bit costly but very tasty and homely. Loved the place.

The break although minimal, was really delicious. The location of the Orania B&B by Atsar| Rooms & Wi-Fi and the services are as you'd expect them to be in such an area and that's all i have to say.

It's overall a good place to stay nice locality clean and comfortable room but they need to work on maintenance and wifi a bit other than that it was a pleasant stay
