I stayed for 2 nights with my family in room 201. Plus points : 1. Location of the Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary) is good. 2 minute walk to jungle e maharaj road. Jm road is full of restaurants and shops. Also good for walk post dinner. Opposite the Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary) you have 2 nice restaurants. Shreyas and green signal. 2. Breakfast : breakfast buffet is very very tasty. 3 veg options, eggs, toast, fruits, sprout salad, juice, tea etc we had breakfast for 2 days and it was awesome. 3. Staff : reception, valet, restaurant staff, room service. Everyone is very helpful. 4. Parking : parking space is limited. But, they have a dedicated valet. Minus points : 1. Room size : it is smaller than our expectation. For 2 people it is fine. If you have extra guest then it is not very comfortable mainly at night when you put in extra bed. No space to move. 2. Wrong picture : when i checked the room pics, there is a photo of balcony. So, i assumed it is attached to the room. But rooms has no balcony. It was the photo of common smoking area. 3. Small issues : tv was not working. Jet spray was leaking. Tv issue was rectified. And we never reported jet spray issue. Also 2nd flr passage was messy, things were lying all around. Extra beds, used plates, some boxes etc. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. And we will definitely visit again.

Travel-led for business, had booked the room online. Location and the rooms were good however the reception staff seemed uninterested, no greeting no pleasantries no guidance. I told him that there’s a booking done, he didn’t even bother to look up and checked some records, couldn’t find the details. I told him the booking was done online then he could find it on the system. Too busy taking among-st themselves they don’t seem to understand the concept of customer service. The helper boy was far too cooperative than the so called receptionist. Huge scope for improvement considering the tariff for the rooms!

Very comfortable suite rooms and staff was courteous & helpful. Few points: they don't allow you to choose type of rooms while booking. They say room only. After reaching here they gave us twin bed room whereas we had mentioned we have kids. They charge 1000+tax for extra bed. Finally we had to upgrade our room to suite room at extra cost. Most imp, we had booked 3 rooms and none of the rooms had hot water. All our morning plans was upset due to this. We had to heat water in the kettle and use that water to bath.

We booked this Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary) at the very last minute, but the room provided was very neat and clean. It was hygienic and with all the necessary facilities. The location of the property is a plus point as it is well connected to fc as well as jm road. Hence it becomes the best option for everyone staying here. Highly recommended even for families and for business purposes as well.

Very close to deccan. Plus points peaceful and silent area. Negative points. The hot water is centralized, so you literally have to waster initial 10 minutes of water to get warm water. Suggest to have individual room geyser, so that wastage is avoided. So instead of wasting water, I had cold bath. Also, the drainage from bath area is slow in my room, caused inconvenience.

Location is amazing. Wi-fi was not working. On asking about the same they said there was some issue but did not fix it. Also there is no network for cards like airtel, vodafone in the room. So wi-fi is a must. We were struggling for proper network throughout our stay. Cleanliness is top notch. Flush tank filling takes a very long time.

Good, spacious room for a business Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary). The included breakfast can be a bit better. The staff is very cordial i would recommend this Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary) for people who are in the city for work because the location of this Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary) is very convenient.

The Hotel is located at a very good location. There are good restaurants and shops nearby the Hotel. The Hotel is easily approachable from both Airport and railway Station. The staff in the Hotel is co-operative and helpful. The food quality in the Hotel is also good. The Hotel service is also good.

I visited the Hotel for business purpose with my team. The staff was helpful, rooms are good and clean. Need to have space for small group meetings in the suites. The Hotel should allow that.

Not only a warm welcome, it was followed by outstanding service, specially by the manager mr agnel, making sure my stay was comfortable!

Food, we didn't have. Hygiene and safety was good.

Room is good, however internet was not working throughout my stay. Break fast is great and appreciate that they could provide early break fast before checkout.

Location of the Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary) is excellent. Food quality is very good. This must have been a very good Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary) in the past but needs to do some work on maintenance, especially flooring

The Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary) is quite peaceful and has cozy ambiance. Love the food. Restaurant is also very quiet and peaceful. Food was tasty. Rooms are also clean and cozy.

Stay was decent & property is well maintained. Location wise it brilliantly situated. Order food for kids it was good too. All in all extremely satisfied. Didnt rate 5 just because of there some scope of improvement.

All was perfect except the remote for tv which is very old, difficult to operate. Needs to be changed. And more variety of fruits in breakfast
