Room was not very clean, hot water was not available, AC was not working.... When asked, that's how it is and can't be repaired, expensive for what it offered. On the flip side, food was decent and not expensive.

Most of pleace could be cleaned but not. In swimming pool I could see some child broken swimming glasses. In dining area I could see a spilled ketchup I asked to. Person to clean the sme but he wipe only half. Remaining half was left. The towel are in brown color also so many small cockroach in the bathrooms and wardrobes. Breakfast is good.

Worst maintenance and not worth the money. Cockroach in the room. Uncleaned bed sheets and toilet. Very un hygiene. Very Worst experience. Had cockroach in my room. Beds are dirty and puffs came out of Towel. Highly unhygienic. There was a bad smell all along the resort. Very bad experience and will never recommend for stay.

Location is easy to find. About 4 km from vgp. The site has a good ambience. The rooms were good and spacious. The room service was good. The swimming pool was cleaned in the morning. The breakfast spread was good too.

Resort is spacious. Swimming Pool was clean. Kids game zone was also good. Restaurant facility could be improved. Room cleaning and amenities was below average.

The hotel is good ,the food is good but the service is very poor. The hotel is near to beach , swimming pool is good

It was raining that day and rain water came in and resort management said it will be like this on rainy days and we can't do anything if u wish to stay at your own risk.

Ac issue not proper working bed also too bad condition of you order any food items they will not provide up i scanner only you will be paid on cash only that's is very big drawback

We have stayed 1 night in this resort and the ac is not working properly also toilet flush is not functioning properly. We have paid around 3000 inr. Not worth for money.

No blanket, ac wasn't working, the sheets were dirty. Room smelt bad. Noisy corridors. No hot water. Will never choose this ever again.

Orcid resort have really good rooms and window view. They will surprise you with their complementary breakfast in lush green lawns. The accessibility of this hotel is also good, it's on the highway and beach is also on walking distance. I don't have any photos

My recent stay at la beach house was nothing short of a disaster, making it the worst hotel experience i have ever had. Room condition. The carpets were stained, the sheets had not been changed, and there was a strong odor of mildew. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower and a clogged sink, bathroom door were broken and unable to lock also. It did not have a kitchen, the rooms were too small, unhygienic and full of mosquitoes. Full night we could not sleep. Even saw cockroaches and spiders everywhere, and there is no car parking, it’s a public parking without safety. Amenities: the advertised amenities were either non-existent or in deplorable condition. There is no kitchen, and the wi-fi was unreliable, making it impossible to get any work done. Service: the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. When i reported the issues with my room, it took hours for anyone to respond, and their solution was to hand me a bottle of air freshener. Housekeeping never showed up despite multiple requests. Noise: the walls were paper-thin, and i could hear everything from the rooms next door and the hallway. The hotel seemed to have no noise control policy, as loud parties continued well into the night, making it impossible to sleep, and next day morning another hotel room customer and receptionist had a fight and make a loud noise, and we awake because of that. Overall cleanliness and safety: the entire hotel seemed poorly maintained and unsanitary. There were also questionable individuals loitering in the hallways, which made me feel unsafe. In summary, my stay at la beach house (it’s not a beach house it’s a lodge) was an absolute nightmare. The combination of terrible service, uncleanliness, and lack of basic amenities made it a deeply unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

We had an amazing weekend at orchid resorts, ecr. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the staff was friendly. The large lawn, garden area and stunning swimming pool were perfect for relaxing, while the kids loved the play area. Great food too! ideal for a family escape!

Very worst in room and out side the hotel employees will make noise to the core we can’t even sleep properly worse hotel i have ever seen in my life

Foul smell in bathroom exhaust fan not working pillows are not hygiene, smell of sweat was there.

Worth for money and affordable staying.
