The Hotel is quite away from the main market place. A five minute walk from the Orchid Square A Boutique Hotel (23 Kms from Ooty) takes you to fabulous nature beauty. There is a beautiful valley view and one can feel the local touch of Coonoor. The property is quite small but is compensated by the warmth of the staff. Excellent service with a smile. Miss Chandni on the reception with an affectionate smile was very helpful to make arrangements for transport and other facilities. The food and ambience at the Restaurant was good but could not understand why they have not made proper arrangement for the wash basin. It was situated outside the restaurant and was unclean. Overall a good stay, Rooms were clean and well maintained. The bathroom was a bit small but clean. Can be recommended for a budget stay. You get an opportunity to be closer to nature

This place is just amazing and easy to find for someone travelling to Coonoor for the first time. The stay was very comfortable like any 5 star Orchid Square A Boutique Hotel (23 Kms from Ooty). Food was good as well. Roof top restaurant was beautiful and the view from room is scenic. This place is pivotal for all tourist spots. My family enjoyed the stay and visit to Coonoor.

Good Orchid Square A Boutique Hotel (23 Kms from Ooty) for a budget traveler, neat small room, neat small bathroom, heater in room, bed sufficient for 2 adults and one kid (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). Didn't try the food, nothing much to complain.
Hot water in the morning is a pain, as after running the geyser for 20 minutes you get one bucket of water, so if you are planning to Bath the entire family in one go, you have to plan it in well advance. Tooth paste was not available in the toilet. Rest all were there.

A delightful Boutique Hotel well located in upper Coonoor. The staff were very helpful from arrival with my disabled daughter until we left 2 days later. Enjoyed my trip along with family to Ooty. The Orchid Square A Boutique Hotel (23 Kms from Ooty) is near beautiful dolphin nose and tea garden. It is far from Ooty but near coonoor. Hotel rooms are spacious courteous staff and good food. Rooms are kept clean and tidy. Nearby places of visit are dolphin nose parks Wellington. Chocolate and tea factories. Better to have your own vehicle to see all places with convenience. Best whether condition.

Food is very costly and delayed of hot water. It is near to to all the tourist spots rooftop. Food is a good experience. Toilets are very small. The view From the Hotel is great. It serves good food and the service is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Hotel has A terrace for parties and bonfires when the guests are more. It is nearby to most of the places in Coonoor.

We stayed for three nights. The food was amazing and Worth the price. Ambience is cozy and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only small issue we faced was the wifi which was flickering. Other than that, we definitely had A great time
