location good ,food average, amenities terrible, service terrible we stayed in room no 101&102 dated01.10.2025 to02.10.2025 rooms where terrible not clean toilet drainage was blocked and water logged in bath area common are was also not neat not vale you for money

The place was good . The room was very good and comfy. The food quality and taste was far better than the peers. I recommend it. It was slightly expensive for the services they provide.

I did not like the orchid square boutique hotel. There is no dedicated car parking. I struggled a lot and ending up by parking my car on the Road. There is no lift available if you are not staying on the ground floor. Rooms are not as paid the room charges. Only Breakfast was good.

Parking was on the main road, monkeys were there.. too much noise from road.. closing bathroom would will shake entire house and food cost more than singapore charges

Location was ok view from balcony was awesome food was not very good as per price of the food amenity is more like home comfort and staff behaviour was very impressive and services are also very good.

Only one observation is room and bathroom is small. Breakfast and staff is good and very co-operative. As per amenities price of this hotel is too high.

Property is rated as 4star but we as per the facilities and services, room size we can consider this as 3star only. Imp : washroom size is very bad

Not worth spending 5k above for this particular hotel. Average maintenance of rooms. Nothing special with regard to 5. 5 k rooms. All in all average. Prices of food very costly.

Good accommodation, convenient location, prompt service, however it was quite pricey. More akin to a budget accommodation. The breakfast spread could be improved upon, too. All in all, a good stay, albeit the price point is definitely on the higher side.

No proper room service was available. When we tried to reach out to the room service for the water supply in the midnight, there was nobody to answer. Even in the reception we are not able to find anyone. We suffered without water supply which is the basic need for anyone.

Booked a room at orchid square based on the rating and number of reviews. Unfortunately, it was not value for money. The concerns were around car parking space not available, wild pigeons in the balcony making it unusable, conjusted bathroom space, mosquitoes/bed bugs, breakfast not available until 8. 30am. The place is definitely over priced!

Toilets were not clean, walls, glass partions, wash basin was all not clean, balcony was very dirty and unusable. They don’t even clean the corridors. Musty smelling rooms and stained curtains. On the whole not a good experience. No car parking. They are priced so high and it’s totally not worth it.

Hotel Location is right on the road in the residential area. Full time noise of vehicles keep coming in the balcony of room. Food is very average and they like to cook chinese food using cumin rather than ginger garlic and also not ready to take customer feedback. Restaurant floor is very dirty, service is very average. Not at all value for money. One can get a reasonably nice hotel in the budget which is charged by them. Not worth the money!! Bad experience One should eat out rather than eating in hotel. Breakfast was same every day😒

Good place for all to stay. Location is good. Very nice place to stay along with family. Friendly staff always ready to help you & serve you at its best. Well maintained hygiene in rest o & in rooms. Neat & clean rooms, delicious food. Overall great place to stay. I stayed here for 3 nights with family & enjoyed a lot. Good to book cab from reception desk, they have tie up with good cabs operators. Special thanks to entire staff on behalf of my family, last but not the least, special thanks to restaurant team. Location is good. Rooms are big and spacious though little dim lit. Not having lifts is a drawback. Food was good though breakfast has very limited options. Staff is courteous overall a pleasant stay
