Food was not included in the stay. The room was good and had a good vibe. Although the scenic view from the room was very average. Also the power outage was a big issue even though they had a generator but they didn't start the generator until all the rooms were filled which was a big issue for me. The staff was helpful for any kind of issues we had. Overall it was an average experience.

Horrendous experience, water was mixed with dirt and due to it we were not even able use bathroom facilities .We had to wait around 30 minutes for us to check in as the reception was empty ,we contacted the hotel several times but they didn't respond and we were able to when a guy came after about 30 minutes .The WiFi was not working and most of the basic facilities were absent .The room was okay.The entire experience was distorted due to the lack of co-ordination, maintaince and lack of Staff in the hotel. At the end this was undoubtedly a horrendous experience

Very untidy bathroom and dock locks were all broken. Also, the dorms were congested. Given the price we paid, not worth it!

Location is easily accessible., The people approach is very good for any concern if I address in room. Rest room flush not working. Complentry tooth paste,shop,shampoo,tawal are not available this time. Parking availablelity is good.

Room was very clean and fresh, the hotel is located in the centre of the city and the prices also reasonable as it is located in the city center can access the near by tourist places very easily. Overall the stay was very good

The price was much higher than the facility provided by hotel staff. It should be low price hotel.

Hotel is not providing a blanket, glasses for water and room lock is horrible. Hotel is providing drinking water when i'm calling again and again. Very bad experience.

Room is too small for 6 bunk beds, only one charging point for 6 bed room. No personal light for each bed. Average experience. But yes location is good its near a good market.

Room is not good and it is not value for money which is paid.
