Oriental Residency

The Oriental Residency is at a very convenient location. Walking distance to Khar Railway Station which connects well to suburbs and south Mumbai. Lots to do with 7 km like there is carter's promenade (by the sea). The Oriental Residency is good. Cleanliness is nice. Rooms service is good. Food is excellent and room service available. Some food items are available 24x7 which is great. Staff is courteous. There is no swimming pool or gym or games room etc but it is a good stay if you want to be in the center of city and want to step out a lot.

The stay was exceptionally good. The management and staff were very hospitable and cooperative. A shout out to mr nithin (management) and mr arun (soul restaurant) for unmatched service, support and proactiveness. To make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. Last but not the least, all gratitude to the management and staff for being so kind, cooperative and always eager to help making our stay with senior citizens so comfortable. Highly recommended

24*7 - reception 24*7- hot water ac cooling really great big windows room service tv had some pixels not working toilet was small but nothing you can't adjust with toiletries - 2 soap one toothpaste and toothbrush and towel breakfast has variety and served at 8am in your room - no buffet pillows are a little uncomfortable if you are staying longer the restaurant food is very expensive and they don't allow outside food but you can sneak it in

It was a pleasant stay in oriental residansy. Let's start with positives. Staff : 11 on 10 service : 10 on 10 security : 10 on 10 amenities : 9 on 10 food : 9 on 10 location : 10 on 10 rooms : 10 on 10 negatives toilet : 8 on 10 ( very small and drainage has some issue) i was gone with my wife and son. We have thoroughly enjoyed a stay at the oriental residancy.

Located in a very happening area but close to airport. Restaurant soul is almost a wish fulfilling centre for any Mumbaikar returning to the city. Staff are excellent. I particularly liked the Sindhi gentleman heading soul who appears happy go lucky but actually very good in customer service. Pricing of food and accommodation will suit any kind of budget.

The property is good. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Garden view room has a small balcony to enjoy your cup of tea in the morning and glass of bear in the evening. Centrally located Oriental Residency with linking road market closeby. Food is good though limited variety. Breakfast is excellent. Does not have gym. Overall experience is good.

I was here for three days when i first flew in the mumbai. Good solid wall so you don't hear everything from the neighbors. Very small Oriental Residency. Lunch was tasty that was delivered to the room and affordable. Bed was comfortable. Room could have been cleaner when i first came in i had to have them come and clean.

Overall a good Oriental Residency especially for a business or lay-over traveller for a length of one or two nights. Rooms are clean, housekeeping is efficient and food is good with varied options for a budget traveller. They have great in-room dining options like combo meals etc. Proximity to the airport is an add-on.

The stay was comfortable. We checked in during the evening and the room in the beginning did not have a good washroom. After requesting the staff. They immediately helped with a change.

Amazing experience. Staff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast is also good quality. Location is extremely prime.
