The Orma Resort in Vagamon offers a pleasant stay with clean rooms and cooperative staff. The hilltop view is amazing and staying amidst tea gardens is a unique experience. The treehouse is a must-try for an incredible memory. However, the food is overpriced and not good, and the property lacks safety measures. The geyser is not effective, and the restaurant is not yet started. The manager was unresponsive, and the property needs a jeep to go down. Overall, the property has potential but needs improvement in certain areas.
