The Orma Resort in Vagamon offers a pleasant stay with clean rooms and cooperative staff. The hilltop view is amazing and staying amidst tea gardens is a unique experience. The treehouse is a must-try for an incredible memory. However, the food is overpriced and not good, with cold dishes and stiff meat. The geyser is not very effective, and the property lacks safety measures. The manager was unresponsive, and the property does not have its own restaurant. Overall, the property has potential but needs improvement in certain areas.
