ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD

It's excellent to stay with family. Excellent because- 1. The location ( just 4-5 mins walking for the mall) 2. The in-house restaurant is awesome. Tasty food with a very good quantity and quality. Prices are quite reasonable 3. Lovely dual combination of modern interiors and the old heritage gymkhana resort's interiors. 4. Each and every staff member. They are really too humble and helpful. All are well trained i think. Especially the lay manager ( from murshidabad) and the man. Oh yes also the restaurant's ladies. But some little cons also we faced. Actually the old gymkhana resort and pine tree spa and resort are taken over by orsino ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD. And they were completely renovated. Still work is not done yet. So dust and laborers here there. All units are not working still. Lift not working properly. ( but ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD staff are trying to give us their best services. 2. No views from the rooms. . Nice place to stay for a vacation. The location is very good. Near mall ( 5 min walking - moderate). Rooms were fantastic but no view in the house the restaurant was closed due to renovation. But we ordered food and they provided us room service. The food was very tasty and quality - the quantity was quite good. Actually this ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD is previously owned by the gymkhana resort's and very recently the pine resort and spa group takeover. So it's a very big property with a lift cafeteria, hall etc. But unfortunately we couldn't access it due to renovation work and we faced dirt outside. But hats off to all staff ( specially reception's the lady and the man/ kitchen- 3 ladies / house keeping- a very young guy). They always tried to serve us the best. Hotel ambience is good and located close to mall road, but traffic is a big problem in darjeeling and moving in or out of ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD usually takes 15 to 20 minutes just to reach main road. Overall good ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD at a good location bit certain facilities required maintenance. One problem was bathroom exhaust as it didn't had proper closure and louvers were missing. Some of the fixtures in bathroom were broken. The resort is pretty strict about their restaurant timings and you will not get anything before 7 and last order for dinner is at 9 pm. The same needs to be properly advertised at the time of booking. The property doesn't have any fans at-least wall mounted fans can be provided to take out the smell in rooms because of dampness.

We had a superb stay at the orsino ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD during our trip to darjeeling. Away from the town center, this was a wonderful ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD with cozy rooms offering panoramic views of the mt. Kanchenjunga. The morning sunrise on the hills and the peaks of kanchenjunga is a sight to behold. Everything was great at the ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD, cleanliness, food and the staffs are soo good and polite. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits darjeeling.

I can that this is the best stay i have had in darjeeling, and there is no doubt in their service, behavior of staff is 10/10 and about their construction it is completed when it comes to room, i can say that this is the best deal anyone can have in darjeeling and also this ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD is located very close to the mall road and the location of ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD is superb, this ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD has become my permanent destination when it comes to darjeeling.

Stayed for one night in this property. It was one beautiful place. This place was right in the heart of darjeeling, everything was in walking distance like the main tourism spot mall road, even ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD food was so delicious, the staff was so warm always with a smile and greeting, rooms were spacious and clean, the room gave a very elegant heritage feel

Stay was good. Hotel's walking distance from the mall and other walking trails is very convenient. Room 403 is good but would be better for more maintenance and wall hangings, etc. Disappointment was that view of kanchenjunga is obstructed by tall trees, otherwise direction of window is correct. Hotel staff are all very good.

Hotel is owe-some and room is good. Food and staff is also good. It's very close to mall road so can spend good time. The ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD is in renovation so little issue with service but otherwise it's one of the best choice

Everything was good and excellent. Hotel and staff were very polite and well behaviour. Only i had one problem when we reached the ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD the welcome drinks did not offer to us which is mentioned in the itinerary. Either everything was very nice and the location is very easy to find out.

Spacious room and in a very good location. It is close to chowrasta and mall road. The food is good and there is lot of options. Staff is very friendly.

Good to stay at Orion location was good walking distance from mall chouk and the best thing is taste of food overall excellent experience and I didn’t get my welcome drink which was mentioned 😒

The best thing about orsino is its location. Unlike several other ORSINO RESORT MALL ROADs, the taxis can drop right at the entrance. It is also close to the key markets yet far enough from the crowded streets to provide a peaceful ambience for stay. The staff is very polite and also very responsive to service requests. However, food quality can be improved.

Our stay was very comfortable; the ORSINO RESORT MALL ROAD was very clean, and the staff was very nice. One suggestion is that breakfast should be displayed by 7:30 a. M. If that is not possible, orders can be taken for specific items.
