Stay is good but food is awesome

Property’s location was really convenient and the food was so good, you can order anything from their menu 24/7 and amenities are also amazing and services are quick and they are ready to help you with anything round the clock, the stay was totally worth it, will surely visit again.

Overall nice experience staff is also very kind

The place was not clean, it was dirty and was stinking as well. The room was looking beautiful but rest things were not up to the mark.

The theme of the room was prepared okay but the property and room was nowhere to be called a 4 star rated . The jacuzzi had rats going in and out and the jacuzzi was dirty as hell! The room infact was very shady in all terms . Dissatisfied totally!

In not proper location, room size very small , door lock not proper

One the best themed ideas rooms. there jacuzzi are cleaned everyday the room service is quick. only the in house food options are expensive.

Room was too small and my experience was not so good, First they had worst room service, I asked them to send water bottles which arrived after 1.5 hours and has very expensive bath products and Food items. Room was okay but service was below average, also AC and Geyser was not working properly. No doubt Food was great.

The place is very good. Even though it's a bit small. But the vibe of the place is good. The jacuzzi experience is very nice. Enjoyed the stay!

I had a very disappointing experience at Orsom Stays, Gurgaon. The room was not properly cleaned — the bedsheet was dirty, the jacuzzi was unclean, and even the floor hadn’t been mopped properly. The washroom was also not maintained well, which made the stay uncomfortable. Please don’t visit this place just by seeing the photos — they look completely different from the actual condition. Definitely not worth the price. Cleanliness and hygiene should be the first priority, but that was clearly missing here.

My experience at this property was quite disappointing. The location was inconvenient and hard to find, with poor surroundings and limited access to shops or good restaurants nearby. The area didn’t feel very safe, especially at night. The food options were below average and overpriced, and the facilities were not maintained well. The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the overall service was slow and unresponsive. Definitely not worth the price charged.
