The property is very well located. Staff behaviour excellent. And each member is ever helpful. While overall condition of property is very good, since the structure is pretty old, ply of door is peeling off. The sound in intercom is so feeble that it is difficult to hear the the person speaking at other end. Better upkeep and maintenance is desirable. Otherwise me and my wife had a wonderful stay.

Decent rooms with clean premises and sufficient parking space. Breakfast surely contents your stomach. I would like to suggest, had better if food is placed on table and anyone could take it by self instead served by a single staff. It's not convenient and practical. My overall experience is good.

The property is very well located. Staff is well behaved and very co-operative. But the room is priced bit high. But the biggest disadvantage is poor mobile network in the room. And without wifi services by the establishment, it is extremely difficult to communicate with outside world.

Property is well located and equipped with all basic amenities. It has a restaurant which provides OK food items with generic flavours (not bad/ not that good; one can survive for sure 🤣). Service is top notch with very polite staffs. Limited car parking.

Picturesque Location , friendly staff , clean rooms and good food . This place has it all , if you are going for vacation at Sambalpur, it is most recommended. Also located away from city traffic and narrow roads , having ample parking space .

Rooms are found clean including bathroom and ac, geyser are in working condition. Hotel is at excellent location. Good quality of food and homely food. Staff is very supportive in all aspects like room services and arranging cab.

Very pleasant stay. Staffs are friendly. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. But restaurant food price is little high campares to other restaurants. Overall stay was very nice.

Room was spacious, room was cleanly maintained, special balcony attached, complementary breakfast, well behaviour staff, auto was easy accessible as desk person helped us to arrange it

Location was good but services could have faster. Amenities was also good, but one thing i would like to add kindly provide mineral water at least 2 bottles in the room.

Room was good & clean washroom is also good but there was no blanket in the room. Which is very much required in night.
