Review for Hotel Panthanivas Chandipur, Balasore (October 2025 Stay) This was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was in extremely poor hygienic condition — we were actually attacked by leeches (Jok) while sleeping. Such a situation is absolutely unacceptable for any guest accommodation. The cleanliness standards are terrible, and the management seemed careless about guest safety and comfort. On top of that, the food was tasteless, unhygienic, and unreasonably expensive. I would strongly warn others not to book this hotel under any circumstances, especially families or travelers with children. It’s a complete waste of money and a serious health risk.

It is very old, the electric in our room burned out, they changed it immediately. The food at Pant Nivas Resturentis a bit expensive, since there are no good hotels outside for food. location good. food was good but restaurant and bar all in very poor condition. It looks like a godown. Totally torn and dirty rooms with old fittings.

Stayed in AC Suite for one night, booked. No intercom phone connection. Room is not made prior to arrival. Had to ask for drinking water bottles. Door condition was terrible and unsafe. Room Service for Breakfast was refused. Lousy Receptionists and Bell boys.

you guys should be ashamed for selling this property...it shows the kind of greediness people can get down to for few Rupees commission. Shame on your MMT...real shame on you. You should really pull up the guy who allowed unboarding this piece of crappy shit on to your site.

In the breakfast there should be different option at least itili or bread jam or dosa.Also room facility should be improve.

I found a beautiful place for weekend and nature added with sun rise. Good healthy food and friendly staff so amazing place near ocean.

Location is excellent. Staff hospitable. Cleanliness not upto mark. No facility for morning tea. Rooms spacious for non ac type, but building is very old. On the whole modernization is needed.

i visited this property 12 years back... that time it was quite good... was very clean... now looks like people don't go there anymore... don't have sufficient staffes specially in kitchen... lunch was good... but dinner wasn't that good... Tawa Roti was not good... complementary breakfast was very limited .. only vada and upma was avialable not even bread omelette

I found this property from makemytrip. Situated in a beautiful place. Service is good, room quality is good but not great, very good in this price range. I will suggest my friend to stay in this location.
