There was no hot water facility and the tap and water were having an electric shock.

Excellent it was nice accommodation very beautiful washroom very close to bus and metro. easy to travel to airport. recommend everyone .

आपके यहां के अपलेयों से भी मेरी बात हुई थी एकदम से घटिया खराब किसी भी प्रकार की कोई सुविधा नहीं ऐसा रिजॉर्ट था रिसेप्शन में कोई एम्पलाई नहीं ना फोन बजा कर बुलाया जा सकता है ना ही वहां पर मिनरल वाटर वगैरा की सुविधा मैं निवेदन भी किया था आपका पैसा रिफंड किया जाएगा किंतु आज तीन दिन हो गया नहीं मिला है और मैं वहां पर स्टे भी नहीं किया था मैं आधे घंटे में ही उसको छोड़ हूं

My 3 day sojourn at Outback Resorts was troubling and disappointing. The biggest reason being the filthy bathrooms: - There were 2 roaches in the bathroom when I entered. When I saw a second one in the living room a day later, I changed rooms. That room had another one in the commode, which I flushed using a bucket of water as the real flush wasn't working. - Drains uncleaned with every guest's residue from hair to some physical stuff which I care not to guess, on the drain on the floor. The basin had hair residues too. - The crevices at the intersection of tiles had filth stuck in between and spraying water would loosen it. - The commode was very discolored and the manager said it's due to the water. But another place close by had clean commodes. The first layer of the commode was peeling off badly. - Forget facilities. Closets had fallen apart with unclean shelves and doors missing. - No backup generator and electricity went at 4:00-4:30 everyday. Was a pain to get ready for my super early morning dives and the final departure. I dont even want to bring in something relatively insignificant as a free welcome drink into this experience, but expect no such warmth and luxury. The manager there (Anupam) is indeed kind and receptive, but the infrastructure is nil and his standards are different. The deal was cheap and proximity to my DiveIndia dive center was good. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Lots of dense trees on the property and behind it. That's all good but they need a complete makeover with fresh management. The potential is big.

It was so bad there was only one person for the service and we were the only people that stayed there and for more than 7 hours there was no current and the property looked different in the pics but in real it was not And also the bed was no clean even the room was not clean there were full of spider webs and dust it was so bad really i even had dust allergy

The actual property was entirely different from the images shown. AC was leaking. They didn’t even provide an electric kettle.

I stayed for 1 night only, location is superb. You will feel the nature around you, for sure. Some maintenance is required in washrooms but still it's okay . Staff is good, helpful. Would love to come here again very soon.

I stayed for one night on 01 April 2025 ( checked in room-05). The location of the property is good .the service is excellent , the staff named COMMANDO is very generous and helpful throughout. Main part- The condition of the room is not good at this price range. The wash room was not in clean condition, basic amenities was not provided. Some interior wall of the room was in broken condition. The cupboard/ almilha was not dusted. This is very old property with hostel vibe kind which requires immediate renovation. They should not allow guests to stay until it is fully renovated.

The location of the property was good. It was close to the market and other places to visit. But the quality of the place was very poor. The bathroom bucket was broken and was not replaced when asked. Nobody stays at the front desk even to ask anything. Moreover gave false information on pricings about bike rentals and water activities. Did not try any food.

Outdated and worn out furniture. No power backup when current goes in the night. Rooms weren’t clean. Included breakfast was burned bread omelette and we received only 2 portions and the third portion was charged for without letting us know that it was limited portions. Especially few workers are cheating the management in food and other services. Owner should take more responsibility in serving the guests... the property is managed by 3 or 4 workers who don’t care much. They ask and forced us to give good reviews.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Outback Resorts in Havelock Islands, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Particularly Mr. Commando and Mr. Koushik were very very helpful throughout our stay. Very accommodative in whatever we requested for. One of the highlights of our visit was the on-site cafe (Salt Water Cafe), which served some of the most delicious food we had during our entire trip. The quality and taste of the dishes were exceptional, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, Outback Resorts exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a combination of excellent service, wonderful food, and a serene environment that made our time in Havelock Islands truly special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this beautiful part of the world. My wife is a big cat lover. There are also 2 very cats in the resort, if someone would like to spend time with them. :) Rating: 5/5 Recommendation: Don't miss the opportunity to dine at their cafe and enjoy the warm hospitality of the staff.

Average place manager and attendent was good but breakfast was not upto mark as per price however rooms are average not properly clean

Very good property. The hospitality is very good. Thanks to Commando who is there to make your stay more comfortable. thw property is located in prime location and all the spots are in vicinity. The owner is very well mannered and he arranged the pickup from jetty.

the manager BiINOO was very help full ..rooms were cozy and ambience was great .... amit the auto person was sweet and will rake u around ..try the sea bed walkjng it's once in a life time experience... water was great ...
