Terrible Stay

The property is very poorly managed, AC and fan of the room was not working when we checked in at 3:30 pm despite the check-in time being 12:00 pm. The Towels were not provided since the laundryman delivers the clean towels at 6:00 pm. Even when the room was changed, the other room Fan was simply not there though AC was working. We have to fight for more than 2 hours to get room changed which was eventually changed at 6:00 pm full 6 hours after check in time. The property is located at such a long distance from any inhabitance that you will get tired only to reach there post reaching Mahabaleshwar. Only advise ...Strictly stay away from this garbage resort!

Location is bit outside but nice view. But once you reach resort can’t go anywhere. Staff was ok but resort wasn’t maintained well. Very average.

Property is good but the rooms should have been clean finish. The wooden floors and walls are slowly coming to end of life. Food options are limited.

Very pleasant stay. The staff is very good. The rooms need some renovation because grass carpets were put on the floor instead of wooden tiles. Excellent breakfast in terms of location, it is around 30 mins drive from mahabaleshwar market however, overall a very good experience and pleasant stay.

Good things about stay: 1. Location very near to nature. Loved it. 2. Food is good not good things: 1. No wifi signal in room 2. Inside room things are not so good. Bed quality is bad, ac did not work. 3. Amenities provided like tt bats, table, and other things are not good quality. 4. They can provide more amenities to attract guests.

i faced issue with electricity, no wifi connection was there only available at dining area and reception and telephone also was not working…food was good and stay was also comfy…view wise also good

Worst hotel, unhygienic, and worst staff ever. Not recommended

But property was upsetting, worst the we could imagine. It was a kind of strong smell due to moisture in wood which was given hell lot if headache. Surrounding area was not maintained clean, where waste water containers were thrown randomly and could see the stagnant rain water in that which caused large no of mosquitoes. No sign of fumigation and health control? they changed the room and gave us the same kind with audacity of spraying room freshness, saying this is better room like we are some kind of fools! as our stay was included breakfast and lunch or dinner for 2 days, we didn't not avail any of the meals, still we made to pay rs 270- for ordering simple dal khichadi, Worst staffing ever! so all together we stayed only for 4 hour in that property even though we had the booking for 2 days. And pay for 2 nights and 4 meals and no refunds, no discounts and plus we paid for the on stupid khicdi which was so bad and bland in taste. I'm never coming back or even never recommending this hotel to any of the frnd or family.

The resort is absolutely not considerate about such things although mm t assures request refund option due to medical emergency, natural calamity. Extremely insensitive property staffs to absolutely disregard a medical emergency. They also don’t mention clearly that their property is non a/c. Please don’t book this property ever!

Resort is completely non ac. Do not book in summer times, it was burning hot inside rooms. No mini bar in rooms. Charges are very high as compared to amenities provided. However, staff tried their best to manage such stuffs.

If you will call on the mobile number of the reception, then no one will come. By any chance if they will pick the call then also they won't provide service.

Make my trip & oxygen resort are big fraudsters

Hi guys, this is a big nexus between make my trip and such down graded resort to loot public. Resor not in the same condition as shown. Room was pathetic sofa with fungus and linen with pest. Irrespective of me writing mails to mmt they did not resolve the issue. They did not even bother to reply to my mails and calls that i made. Do not book anything from mmt. Directly contact the resorts as commission to hotels is involved. Oxygen resort & make my trip is a big no no
