The propert location was serene and tranquil, service was good, rooms are good and well maintained, swimming pool was good, food was good except the cleanliness of the dining room / restaurant wasn’t so clean, the heaters at the buffet was very dirty and totally dirty like waste unclear water with spilt food particles were still floating under the vessel and steam is generated to keep the food warm was very disgusting, one more issue is you are reluctant in providing proper stay area for the drivers which is putting me off as they are very important for the drivers to take proper rest to be ensured unless somebody misbehaves, otherwise i will recommend this property to my friends and family, thank you

Cons: - Food Quality: While there were several dining options available, we found the food items to be somewhat lacking in flavor and variety. It would be great to see improvements in this area to match the overall quality of the Oxygen Resorts Thekkady.

The stay was extra ordinary. i am so happy with their services. the property is in a cardomom estates and we saw bison 🦬 in the bushes. the surroundings was calm and quiet. enjoyed the nature and feeling relaxed forget the stress and tensions refreshed. the welcoming and hospitality of the staffs are amazing. highly recommended for couples

This resort nestled in a lush green forest is truly awesome. During my 9-day trip, it provided the best experience. The staff, food, amenities, and swimming pool were all excellent. If you're visiting thekkady, you must experience oxygen resort.

Very very nice property. Have huge garden area with a real nature view. Only one draw back is there i no resturant nearby. Yout totally needs to depend on the resort in house resturant and food was supper costly.

The room was quite big, neat and clean. Satisfied with the breakfast buffet. It would be great if they could keep a baby cradle in the restaurant.
