OXYRICH

We spent 3 nights and 4 days in Oxyrich, Coorg. It was a good stay and I was glad that we booked the suite since it has a massive bathtub within the suite and also offers stellar views of the Coorg Hills. As expected of a suite, it was also spacious but I would prefer if they found a way to not have the couch bang in the middle of the room. Made a large space seem rather clunky. They have ample parking space downstairs which was good for us since we usually take road trips. I must however lament that the room service and service in general is a bit on the slower side. We could ask for something basic like toast or tea and the servers would make it seem like we were discussing rocket science. However, that said, Mr Sachin, the manager was very warm and tried his best to accommodate all our request. Can’t say the same for Ms. Pooja who seemed to enjoy just chatting about at the reception while guests helplessly waited to hear back on their queries like whether their car could get washed. All in all, good property but needs a lot more attentive staff.

Stayed in oxyrich for 3 days. Pros: 1.rooms were neat n clean 2. The room service was good. 3. The OXYRICH n restaurant staffs were polite 4. 24×7 hot water facility was available in d rest rooms. Cons: 1. The complimentary breakfast had only 2-3 dishes. 2. Boiled eggs were served n wen asked for omelette dey told us it was available on extra charges 3. The rest rooms did not have d basic amenities like hair dryer, body wash, shower cap n basic toiletries..

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Oxyrich Coorg. I had booked a suite room. The location and ambiance of the OXYRICH is great. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. Their rooms are clean and neat. The food in the OXYRICH restaurant is great. There is a good parking space here. Thanks to the team of Oxyrich.

Positives are spacious rooms, with modern facilities like good lighting, wide-screen smart tv, wifi, accessible to many attractions, in house restaurant, superb breakfast. Negatives. Bathroom/restroom was below pa. Always stinky through out the stay. Washbasin was leaky. Calling bell not working.

Room was comfortable and the food was good. But service is not upto the expectation.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice, modern feel. The furnishings were well-maintained, and everything seemed to be in good condition. While not overly luxurious, it was definitely a pleasant stay. Overall, it met expectations for a comfortable visit

Even though stayed for one night OXYRICH was excellent, the ambiance, the semi suite room are beautiful and the property location has good view and parking as well.

Very good Hotel with excellent ambience and cleanliness. The OXYRICH location is very good with ample space for parking. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food quality is also good but restaurant service needs to be improved and streamlined with proper training.

Nice pleasant stay, comfortable stay, good affordable price of on food even on room service. Just need to improve small things otherwise excellent. Enjoyed.

The location, food and amenities are good. The rooms are well maintained and good service as well. This OXYRICH is very close to many sightseeing spots and this place has a sunset view as well.

Stay was good, food was tasty. Overall nice experience at oxy rich
