Hotel O Coorg Mandarin

Decent Hotel O Coorg Mandarin around main town area. Location wise very good as its close to the main two attraction points of coorg i. E. Raja seat and abbey falls. Also it has many restaurant near by so we didn't had to worry about food anytime. I had choose n classic room and after talking with the Hotel O Coorg Mandarin staff got the valley facing rooms which were very spacious including bathroom. Hot water facility is there in washroom. Breakfast is not included. Only thing for improvement i think should be the towels and toiletries items, rest all are good

Locality of the Hotel O Coorg Mandarin was very nice. We were not provided with the breakfast even the breakfast was included, they said in this amount nothing can be provided. Also, there was lot of problem during check-in and payment issues as we already paid whereas Hotel O Coorg Mandarin staff was saying it is not paid and not reflecting in app. The issue was later resolved by make my trip help desk. So, overall the Hotel O Coorg Mandarin was good with a very nice location but the staff could be more supportive and cooperate.

I felt the Hotel O Coorg Mandarin was just OK. Everything worked fine. There was no problem with anyone or any facility. My only problem was it was so dull and definitely like photographs. It was so boring. Even food was boring. They served idly and dosa. No variation. It was like eating the same old stuff we eat at home. Other than that facilities were okay. The plates and big garbage bins were kept on the top floor staircase which was not a good sight. The pet store was smelling. No regrets but it was boring.

This Hotel O Coorg Mandarin is located 1. 6 km away from the view point park overlooking a great place to take in the scenic beauty of the green mountains and farm plains. It is conveniently located such that it is equidistant from various famous sights. For people traveling by bus, there is a ksrtc bus depot opposite to the Hotel O Coorg Mandarin. Amenities wise, the rooms have large bathrooms and comfortable beds and tv to pass the time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to visit coorg.

The Hotel O Coorg Mandarin is situated on the main road and thus very much accessible then most of the others we checked out. The Hotel O Coorg Mandarin staff was professional. We booked a deluxe room which was quite spacious. 24 hours availability of hot water and restaurants available nearby. Since we had been on bike trip from Bangalore, we did not spend much time :). However will sure prefer the same Hotel O Coorg Mandarin on next visit.

Everything has to ask twice and they will not provide anything quickly (ex: replace towel on 2nd day, has to ask room service and breakfast etc). one day they haven't served breakfast. They scheduled breakfast at 8 am but they said it will be late and the travel package in that place will start at 8:30 and they asked to wait for breakfast for 1 hour. They have provided broken washbasin. Everything compromise about services.

Location is very nice. Hotel staff are very cordial. Rooms are comfortable. But no restaurant in this Hotel O Coorg Mandarin. Tea/coffee facilities are also not available. Even for morning tea, guests have to go nearby restaurant. In rainy season it is very difficult. Otherwise the Hotel O Coorg Mandarin is good to stay with family. Thanks to Makemytrip for our pleasant stay at Coorg.

I stayed there for a day and was quite happy with the Hotel O Coorg Mandarin as it was in the prime location plus it was far better than the reviews. It was clean, hygienic and the staff were cooperative too. The rooms are not equipped with AC and you don't need them as it was very cold there even when Sun was out bright. I had a pleasant experience.

Good service nice food. The room was clean and neat. Easy to find place. We had enough facilities. Good cooperation with customers best place to stay with friends and families. Awesome view from rooms. Totally awesome.

Very good location. It is in the heart of the city. It's in the high way side. Accessibility to restaurants and taxis. Opposite to bus station. Clean rooms. Staff were good. All time hot water availability.

Rooms are very spacias and clean, location of Hotel O Coorg Mandarin is very easy and good. But there is no room service at all. There is no restaurant for food, not even tea, available in Hotel O Coorg Mandarin, they provide menu of other Hotel O Coorg Mandarins for tea ... And not provide even room service for tea.

8 person room has small 4 beds only, 2 big bathrooms, One bathroom doesn't have heater, Location is good, Staff are good, Costly on weekends, Value for money, Near to main road, Good time with friends ...

A very nice resort to stay. All the sight-seeing of Coorg are very close from this resort.

Room was big and clean and service is also good. Location wise it is centralized and we are happy with service and clean and clear and I would recommend to stay there as location is centralized good

Booked this Oyo property from MMT so property owner denied the complimentary breakfast saying you haven't paid expected amount, however my invoice and details were included breakfast. Apart from this, the stay was good.

The room is spacious and the cleanliness is average. The bathroom is very neat and clean. Didn't notice any covid safety precautions other than sanitizers.
