P K RRESIDENCY

We booked for two days one day ac and 2nd day for non ac ( returned night, first day when we reached P K RRESIDENCY at 6 a. M, requested for ealy check-in honored, and placed delicious break fast for us. For second day requested to upgrade for ac accommodation honored with 1, 000- extra payment including delicious breakfast. Given all modern amenities with very reasonable price. Very nearer to mgr bus stand (2nd largest tamilnadu bus stand) well connected with all parts of tamilnadu. Attached with delicious restaurants vasantham grand, snacks stall, and taste of madurai. No doubt it is best one. I recommend for business, families and all. It is on 120 feet road opposite district court. Whenever i visited madurai definitely i preferred to stay only at p. K. Residency. Thank you make my trip for choosing best P K RRESIDENCY for good management, delicious food well connected with malls, hospital, bus stand, delicious restaurants.

This place is right on the main road, and is easily accessible. Parking facilities are available, but limited. The service was very good, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The check-in and check-out procedure was very quick. There are other newer P K RRESIDENCYs in the city, however their rooms are small. If you are looking for spacious rooms, this is the place to go to. Special mention: during our stay, one of my friends had left his spare mobile back, and we left the city. The staff found the mobile, called us and let us know that we had left it back, and also held it until we could send someone to collect it.

Since need to book room nearby mattuthavani bus stand and found lot of positive reviews for pk residency. Hence decided to book room and really happy with few pros: 1. Clean and neatly maintained room which satisfied my overall expectation. 2. Good nearby restaurants like kfc, thalapakattu biriyani and ground floor restaurant in lodge. 3. Easy and quick bus facilities and cab facilities available. 4. Finally very nearby to my destination places.

Location of the P K RRESIDENCY is good. Mgr bus stand is about 2 kms from P K RRESIDENCY from where you can get bus to rameshwaram. Minakshi temple is about 3. 5 kms from P K RRESIDENCY. Size of ac rooms are ok. Rooms are clean but no electric kettle provided. Breakfast is not buffet they provide limited options in the room only. Tea or coffee is chargeable. Staff is helpful. Suitable for families also as many restaurants nearby.

This is the second P K RRESIDENCY i had taken in madurai and i would every-time prefer going here. The staff was courteous. Location has amazing food choices. They have their own restaurant next to the P K RRESIDENCY which is fine dine and quite affordable. Meenakshi temple is 4km which is fine. The P K RRESIDENCY was clean along with the rooms. I would really recommend this P K RRESIDENCY whenever you visit madurai.

We needed a room for just 4-5 hours since we had to wait for our bus at 10PM. We had booked for one night but stayed only for 5 hours. The room was neat and the staff were courteous. It was fairly close to Mattuthavani (less than 2km). There are quite a few restaurants in the same building and served good food. Overall a pleasant experience and well worth the price!

Property was in 4 line road with delicious restaurants inside and outside the property. Very nearer to multiplex, saravana super stores and bus stand. Management was highly co-operative. Property was hygienic rooms were spacious providing delicious complementary breakfast. Kudos p. K residency madurai

good location, clean room, lots of eating places around. Parking was arranged nearby. got a packed mini-tiffin for breakfast, which was easy to carry out in a hurry 😁. only issue was the hot water, it was just warm. thought it was only during the night, but even in the morning it was not hot

Parking is limited. Rooms are good and lift is available. Beds are not good, after sleeping for some time, we get sunk in and get uncomfortable. Ac and geyser were working. Room service was very good.

Hotel palced at center of city. Eassy to travel. No distrubance by the staff. Room r looking average.

Toilet fittings are dirty and old

Value for money and compliment breakfast is very good.

Rooms were ready on arrival & check in was fast & smooth. Rooms were clean. Good choice of vegetarian restaurant nearby is a big plus.

Stain marks are there in the bedsheets. But other than that stay is comfortable and the staff are helpful

Location of the property is very good, easy accesable to mattuthavani bus stop, periyar nilayam, meenakshi amman temple and railway station. Complementary food is not good, need to improve the food taste and quality of the food. Room is very spacious

Clean and pleasant room. Nice ambience and good room experience. And the room is located in prime location.

All the needs were taken care no unnecessary disturbance at all. Timely services were provided. Everything was taken care.
