Property and location was good , staff behavior very gentle, room service good , most amazing part the food was very tasty and with affordable rates , off shop in side the property , big swimming pool with music system available, highly recommended.

Great hospitality. Room were clean and cuisine was delicious. I was allowed extra time at check out as our train was reschedule and time was deferred. It was such a great gesture. Truly value for money. Great hospitality. The cuisine was wonderful. The location was right on the main road. Very good staff behavior. Room was clean and services was wonderful.

Property quality and Location is very good but service is very poor specially Room service .

Hotel is not good at all service is not good. Room was very small with no balcony. I have booked room for 3 people it consists of only one queen bed instead of two double bed. Matress was of very poor quality. Lock gate was not good we are unable to lock the gate at once it required several attempts to lock the room. Service is not good we need to tell several times for soap and shampoo. Complimentary breakfast was not good. Price was very high according to the service it's offered.

Stay was so so as per the amount charged. luxury room was booked but they provided a normal room which they called as luxury room which was quite small. Breakfast was not at all worthy as there was no taste and undercooked food was served when informed them about it they started arguing and behaviour not good,moreover we were not allowed to take outside food inside the property.

Good service providing also staff behaviour very good but one concern mini bar not working. Other is good

The Property is well maintained. The location is good and quite close to beach yet have a tranquility and away from chaos. The Veg meals was extremely delicious. The swimming pool is a delight for Kids and young ones. The Staff were courteous. We had a Very nice and memorable experience of our stay in this Hotel. ❤️

This hotel is in a good location but i have to park my car in the road. There is no inside parking. Hotel staffs behavior is good.

The rooms were good and so was the food. Quality and quantity were satisfying. A variety of cuisines were available. Service was commendable and the staff behaviour was appreciable.

Hotel location is very good. Walking distance from sea beach. Room service is good and well clean.

Nicest stay in pabitra jamuna, i enjoyed with my family in every manner. Good wishes for all of the staff of the hotel.

The amenities that are mentioned, few of them are not provided like when we checked in, dental kit, shampoo/soap bar was not provided till the day of checkout. Though the room was clean but the bathroom was not properly arranged. i booked the poolside view room which was not given. Both the lifts were not working and so we have to take stairs and that was bit exhausting.

Distence from beach is 10 minutes from hotel. Food is too much costly. Room is small and bed is too soft. Water dropping from all acs, (room, restaurant, reception ) toilet fittings is not good. No quick response from staffs. Pool is good and maintained properly. Hotel is clean. Staffs behaviour is ok, cool and polite. Manager is very supportive and cooperative. No pressurized for quick cheak out.

Overall everything was good. Staffs were friendly and supportive but hardly operative for room service.

Manager & staff behaviour are extremely goods, but room service need to be improved.

Everything is all right we stayed here very comfortably. But their bed is so soft it's started pain in my neck. And their restaurant price is over priced
