Room is good, but no vasic amenities also not available, even towel and soap were not available. Breakfast is very Bad. Night dinner we have to order before 4pm, otherwise you won't get it. No closed car parking. we have to park our car in opposite road only. full of street dogs roaming infront of your room

It’s a worst hotel that I ever booked in my entire life and the first time in my life that inspite of paying to the hotel a completely and came from the hotel by seeing the condition of the hotel without staying there… it’s not worth of giving 1 star

No running restaurant. Very hard to get food

Bed sheets & blanket covers were not cleaned. Bathroom were also not cleans mold are seen everywhere. There is always in delay in dinner time. No waiting room.

It was such a Good place, The room was very neat and clean . Resort guide will approach very Humble and Polite, The next day Breakfast is only Missing.. except this all are very Supportive and Appreciable

The people and service was excellent. In terms of cleanliness it was poor. Poor supervision. Great location.

Location was average. There was nothing to call it as resort. It was just a place to stay. Food served was average. Even tea was served cold. Overall it was not great experience. I wool not stay again if i ever visit yercaud.

It seems to be a condemned property with to reception no restaurant no spa. Not sure on what base mm t has listed this property as high rated. Were asked to have breakfast in roadside open space. I have black listed mm t for showcasing misleading properties. Worst experience in my so many years of booking with mmt. However after this disastrous experience. I booked 2 days hotel in pondy with support of your competitors. No more discussion. I want my entire money refunded. If not i would consider it as donation to the needy mm t team as they have started cheating for money. Not bothered or cared about their customers.

The management of this resort was highly irresponsible. This was the worst resort we have ever visited. Room service was nonexistent. Although breakfast was supposed to be complimentary, it was only served at 9:30 AM after multiple requests. We were not provided tea also inspite of requests.The service and hospitality were extremely disappointing. After paying the booking fee, the staff showed no concern for our needs and ignored our requests. We were not provided water at night despite several requests, and there was also a water shortage in the toilets. Our stay here was truly a nightmare.

We have visited the place 25th and 26th jan. You did not include selection of timing option. Every hotels are allowed to stay 24 hrs. But i’m not satisfied about your timings. We came there at 11pm but u said that we have to check out at 2’o clock. How it is possible? even you didn’t say anything about the timings at all.

Hey this is very disappointing to say my stay @ pagoda resorts was very pathetic and disgusting. First of all the location is very far from centre and there is no transport communication, rooms were so small and @ the time of booking mmt showed 108 amenities but not even one is provided basic thing with the hill station atleast kettle was also not provided and hot water in the bathroom was not upto mark. Such disgusting there are no nearby restaurants and we need to eat @ roadside shop. Mm t charged 4400/night that is not the worth and the pics u have uploaded with your app and we go there is not matching. So mmt made a good commission out of this. Still i made a query with your officials but they did not resolve the issue. Pols don't refer these kind of resorts to anyone and u dont say it's a resort it is a cheap hotel with no amenities. I wasted my money on this. Such a bad experience with mmt and if possible kindly refund the money. Disgusting n pathetic least to say. Thank you

The room was okay.

Yercaud inspite of tall claims it was not cool. A few degrees lower. Better to visit during winter. Roads leading to the town were congested.

Room is good service ok but its not like a resort no other activities it is like a hotel room thats it

The rooms were clean and staff were really kind. They are providing running kitchen service in which we can order food and they prepare it hot and tasty that is very good to have for the weather. Overall experience was very good. I would surely recommend staying in pagoda resorts and spa

The accommodation was really very beautiful and a wonderful place for friends to spend time with and it’s located above yercuard and it’s right next to the pagoda view point where u can visit that view point anytime after 11pm in the night and it will be filled with fog .Wonderful experience

The room was not properly maintained. The door handle was broken. Hotel was located at good place
