A prominent smell of smoke in the hotel and room as well room service needs to be improved windows have gaps from which cold wave enters the room

Hotel staff is good and cooperative and rooms were clean and comfortable. At night lots of power cut happens if it can be avoided it will be great and hot water and blower works from 6 am to 11pm only and 6pm ro 11 pm

It definitely is not worth the money. The room was pretty decent but the washroom was very dirty. There were no toiletries and we had to do multiple follow-ups with the hotel staff to get them. We opted for dinner and breakfast buffet. We also ordered some snacks in the evening and it was pathetic, never had such bad service. Dinner buffet had very limited options and the food was not good at all! we had to leave early the next morning, so asked the hotel manager to get something packed for us for the journey, and the housekeeping staff came with a plastic bag in the morning and that bag had stale bread butter jam wrapped in a plastic. Don’t fall for the pictures, if you are ready to invest, go for some other good hotels. This hotel has nothing to offer, the property is not even maintained. Terrible experience staying here.

The property has a panoramic view of the. The people are humble, service is quick and prompt. The buffet is highly priced.

It was nice stay

Rooms are similar to budget hotel, don’t be influenced by rating’s. Visited in dc last week but still no basic facilities/amenities available such as no 24*7 hot water nor heating facility, it’s available only for limited time. In case of any medical emergency you won’t get any medicine or doctor facility nor anyone would pick your phone in night at reception. No housekeeping by default if you don’t ask. Food is average, only good thing is restaurant manager & staff are very courteous.

Nice and comfortable stay. Special thanks to our caretaker javed and u mar who were always responsive and cater to your needs in minutes.

The location of this hotel is marvelous. I chose this hotel second consecutive this year due to its riverside view and orientation. Excellent staff and very supportive too. Food is very nice

It was totally worth the room view the mountains and rivers are both in the same frame and the rooms are so cozy for a couple beds they are also perfect so it is a totally good experience

There was no proper food facility if u are hungry than you have to wait and inside the room tea kettle was very dirty. In total sevice was very poor

Minus 10 points out of 10. Worst place to stay in winters. No centralized heaters, no wifi. No words to describe when you get stuck at place with -7 temperature.

Nice hotel with valley view. Mr. Bilal took care of us from the time we reached and till checkout. Food was also really good. Must recommended!
