Location wise pahari soul is awesome. Rest other things are normal. You can get glimpses of mount kanchenjunga from your window. I suggest to take room at 2nd floor. You can see toy train running just beside pahari soul. Servant mr. Sourabh was always ready to help. We were not given electric kittle but hot water for drinking were provided on request everytime. Bathroom is nice with guyser. In standard room no room heater/blower is there, u can took them by paying charges. Food is average, cost is ok but taste of chicken gravy is same. Breakfast will come at 8. 30 sharp, so be prepared, caretaker will come to take order. Owner was polite and helping in nature. My tv was not working, but they tried and fix it. So overall we have spend-ed 3 wonderful, chilling nights in pahari soul. U will get clear view of mount kanchenjunga so no need to go tiger hill. Pahari soul is 2. 8 km from market, so take share taxi for transport, which will take rs. 15/ person. You will get digital payment in pahari soul. So i will recommend if you want to go darjeeling you can go pahari soul, no issue no problem. Have fun.

A very nice homestay located at dali. From the homestay towards siliguri, dalai monestry is the nearest spot to visit. Batasia loop is not also very far away, g hum station is very much approachable from. If you go towards mall, it is hardly 3 kms away from the location, darjeeling station is at walking distance (takes 20 mins walking. The dhar joyride trains go just below the homestay. One can easily see the snow-capped peaks of kanchenjunga either from window or balcony. Coming towards the room, room is good with well furnished wooden finish on floor and side walls. Fully connected with wifi. In room, one electric kettle is provided. One blanket with rajai is also provided. Room has television with dth connection. Washroom is neat and clean provided with geyser. The caretaker and the staffs are very cooperative and friendly. They responded each and every time. The kitchen starts at 7 in the morning. In fact overall feedback is very satisfying. But be careful in ordering the food it is bit costly. If u really wish to stay away from the hussle and bustle of mall, this place is the best to stay.

I stayed in pahari soul for a week and was working from the hills. Internet was decent even on the top floor. Even if it dropped, airtel was rocking. So did not face any issues even on my video conference calls. Room is very clean and spacious. It has all the amenities you need. View from the room is too good. Food options are limited officially but they are extremely accommodating and customized all my meals. Right up from traditional pahadi thali, darjeeling local mushroom to chicken pakoras. They always serve you with a smile on their face and i am super impressed. Whenever i come back, i am staying here for sure. After check in, the host personally came to introduce and check if we are comfortable. Felt totally at home. Even when we went out for day tours over the weekend, i confidently left my laptops on the bed with the assurance that it will be safe. Felt like my house. Highly recommended.

Nice service throughout our stay. Rooms were absolutely clean and cozy with perfect view of kanchenjunga from our Pahari Soul | Rooms & Wi-Fi room. Fabulous location as dalai share vehicle stand is just near the Pahari Soul | Rooms & Wi-Fi. Darjeeling himalayan railways is 1. 4 kms, dalai monastery is 500 mts away and chowkbazar main road is 2. 5 kms approx. Batasia loop is 2. 4 kms which we had enjoyed taking joy ride from darjeeling station to batasia loop (train stoppage 15 mins) and ghoom station to enjoy the museum with a stoppage time of 20 mins as per train driver advice but stayed there for approximately 40 mins and from there back to dhr. So in a complete enjoyment package staying in this property. Our travel was on november 2023 so make sure about the seasonal time to view the kanchenjunga view from the Pahari Soul | Rooms & Wi-Fi. Almost everything was great about this homestay, i haven't met hosts who are more polite or helpful than the ones present here. Special mention to show-eta, as she picked my call even at 4am and when i couldn't checkout within the scheduled time due to some personal issues, she gave me 2 extra hours to complete my packing. The room while being small, provided an extraordinary view of the darjeeling city while overseeing the toy train track, bathroom was huge & clean with adequate supply of hot water. The only downside of staying here which i can think of is that it is a decent distance away from mall road. Generally there are share taxis waiting in front of the homestay for commuting to market area, but when there are no share cabs available, travel-ling can be a hassle.

Location- near ghoom monastery, 2. 5km away from mall road. You can find shuttle to reach mall road but the drop point is way below at the mall market. The roads connecting to mall from market is kinda steep but enjoyed it. Food- thukpa is a must. Overall food was very good, but price was little bit on the higher side. Rooms- very well maintained. Awesome view from the balcony. On good days, you can get a peek from kanchanjunga. Everyday room cleaning service is available. Customer service was on time during our stay. They assist you in booking cabs for your tour as well. Overall i liked my stay and would recommend anyone who is looking for rooms with great view at reasonable price. I stayed at luxury rooms for 2. 2l for one night.

This home stay is 3 km away from the market, making it an rs. 15- travel fare one way by taxi which is always available from the stay. The view of mt. Kanchenjunga is from the window itself you are lucky enough. We took the tour of 7 points apart from tiger hill sunrise & batasia loop at rs. 3000. The staff were prompt, friendly, and helpful. The food menu didn't have much variety though. I personally preferred the street food from the market areas. If you are looking for a cheap yet decent home stay, go for pahari soul. Don't expect too much in this budget.

The property was easy to find, just above the main road. You have to take a share taxi worth rs. 15 per head to reach the mal. The mountain view was awesome, you don't even have to go outside to see kanchenjungha, you can see her from your room. The bed had bed wormer that made it very comfortable to sleep. Electric kettle was provided but the wifi was not working. The only issue i had with them was that whenever we needed tea or snacks, we had to call them repeatedly in order to get things done. Otherwise it was a good experience.

It was amazing to visit the Darjeeling one of the best location in Dali from Pahari Soul.

The view was good but even being a homestay no food was available in the package. We had to order it elsewhere.

Fantastic place there, there are bed heater and gyesure also

Overall experience at the property was good, some things were obviously different from a Pahari Soul | Rooms & Wi-Fi being a home stay but staff's friendly behavior compensates for the same. Food was good and affordable. Variety can be increased and timings can be more flexible for food availability.

The stay was very much interesting because of its location and property cleaniness and its service.

Pahari soul is excellent near dalai taxi stand and host is excellent mam is too good each and every time she is ready for any type of help and food is excellent just feels like home pahari soul best place to stay in darjeeling

View is just amazing.. Hospitality is really good..Share car are easily available near homestay..

The location was good. It is in dali. With clear skies, you can see the kanchenjunga. The food was good, but had less options and the price is a bit high too. Safety and hygiene is okaish.

Very beautiful home stay with wonderful view. Rooms are well mentioned and very clean. Food was also very tasty. Only disadvantage is far from mall road and no vehicles available after 8pm

The interior of the room is very good, with proper amenities, such as a bed-heater, electric cattle, geyser, tv etc. The bathroom was very clean. But the towel was not so clean. But the food quality was very very nice. Last but not least we can find the kanchenzhongha from our bed also. It was a really mesmerizing experience
