Excellent hospitality... I booked with dinner and breakfast,.. arrived at 2am in the night...for check in...still the reception staff sent me dinner.. sandwich and shake and a sweet.. location of the hotel is right in center of the city...accessible to all centres easily. Vegetarian food...but served with quality and taste...

(1) bed was bad and extremely uncomfortable not to mention small. I am 5feet 9 inches and my foot was out. Woke up with a bad back because of the bed. (2) Breakfast buffet was terrible. Other than the idli which looks tempting, nothing was good. The sandwich they had was done using stale bread. The dosa was super oily. All in all a very bad experience.

The rooms are pretty old and small.even the beds and lighting is poor.power fluctuations.the maintenance team also not professional.

worst hotel staffs are not co operative rooms are small and dirty, bath rooms are terrible and reception staff not provided even bill also.

Stay was excellent and great value for money. Location at first block Jayanagar is prime area with access to all vital areas. Morning walks to Lalbagh was beautiful. Room cleanliness and reception was cordial. Overall a great stay. Thank you

I didn't checked in hotel. I requested in booking that early check in 6am but they told me room not available. So though I am willing to check in , hotel person not alloted room please. Hence kindly refund my amount.

stay was good , if dinner is also there in that package then it will be wonderful experience . need not to have costly dinner for 1

Room space is less for what they charge, requires at least one fan and one glass to drink water.Location is crowded, food we have not tasted ,good service

Rooms are very small & cannot accommodate 3 adults. Had to book another room & incurred addnl expense of rs. 3500- appreciated if mm t wld consider immdt refund

The hotel's location is great, but the rooms are really small. Breakfast was just okay. On the plus side, it's super easy to get around from there.

This was my first stay at hotel pai viceroy. First impressions, the desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The room allotted to me was a little bit compact but okay for a night's stopover. The food ordered by me was okay. Since i left early the following day without having breakfast, i will leave commenting on that for another time.
