After many years wanted to visit the balaji temple with my family. Stay and food had always been a challenge for me up the hill. So this time i decided to stay in the foothills and chose pai viceroy as it had very good reviews. The stay was extremely comfortable and exceeded my expectation in terms of hospitality and ambience. I has senior citizens with me and they were also comfortable with the food and stay. One can try their authentic south indian thali which of course has the andhra spice and flavours. The location of the Pai Viceroy is excellent. Walkable distance to kapilateertha temple and tonsuring if needed can be done handle free. Also close to the entry of tirumala and other famous temples.

Even though prior confirmation was given by us regarding our arrival time for check in, the rooms were not ready. We had to wait for 30 minutes even after official check in time. We had a darshan time slot already reserved at tirumala. Because of the delay in check in time a lot of tension and inconvenience caused. Not a professional approach.

Superb location and polite staff make it a value for money deal. The Pai Viceroy staff is very kind and helpful and the restaurant food is definitely a give it a try. Location is near the check point toll plaza and is the one of the nearest Pai Viceroys to tirumala.

The best thing about this Pai Viceroy is the vegetarian restaurant. Awesome staff and service. The rooms were a bit smelly and they use too much of chemicals to clean the corridors and lobby so had to bear the chemicals smell
