Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, mostly i would like to thank you mr anuj mishra ji. His behavior, hospitality was too good and so humble nature, lovely and great first impression of Palace On Ganges. Everything about the Palace On Ganges was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Actually they were upgraded my rooms also without any charges. Well again thank you for the help of mishraji. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The location of Palace On Ganges is very good, just at the bank of ganga assi ghat. You can enjoy the assi ghat activities like ganga aarti, which takes place at 2 min walking distance from Palace On Ganges. The Palace On Ganges is very well maintained as a palace. The frames on walls about music and different musical instruments attracts you and feel good after seeing our ancient heritage. The staff is very co-operative and well mannered. They have a roof top restaurant, where you can enjoy food with feeling of sitting at bank of ganga.

Stayed at palace on gang-es and it was an amazing experince! the location is perfect, right near assi ghat with beautiful views of the river. The rooms are unique, each one with a different cultural theme, which really adds to the charm. The staff were super friendly and helped with arranging tours and boat rides. The food at the restaurant was delicious too, especially the indian dishes. A few minor things could be improved, but overall i had a fantastic time and would totally recommend staying here. 5/5!

What a delightful stay at the palace on ganges! the Palace On Ganges’s atmosphere is steeped in history and charm, making it feel like a true escape. Each corner of the Palace On Ganges tells a story, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Being so close to assi ghat allowed for easy access to the ghats and daily rituals along the river. I loved every moment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting varanasi!

It was an amazing stay and the location is really great.Anuj was a really good host and he took care of all our needs. I highly recommend this Palace On Ganges if you are looking for a perfect stay and spot in Varanasi. The rooms are a little small but the location makes up for it.

Excellent location, nice rooms, good breakfast, great hospitality

overall Palace On Ganges is good but overpriced. complimentary breakfast was so so. rooms were clean. staff was good. i requested for cancellation of room of lower rate (amongst the ones 1 had booked) but they had cancelled the upper floor room…. though i paid for all 4 rooms x 3 nights. the lower floor room was small and with old furnishings n upholstery. on arguing for long they gave me the better room next day.

Receiving welcome was good but at the time of leaving the Palace On Ganges no responce by any one. Room service was not good. Aminites good. Next time will not prefer or suggess to our collegues.

The Palace on Ganges exceeded all my expectations! Nestled near Assi Ghat, the location is ideal for exploring the spiritual heart of Varanasi. The Palace On Ganges’s decor is a stunning tribute to India's diverse heritage, with intricate designs and local art everywhere you look. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast overlooking the river. The hospitality was top-notch, making my stay truly special. I can't wait to return!

Very near to ghat, everything you will get nearby. Travel-ling was much easier. Go for rooms on 1st floor (101 was best, lower ground rooms are gloomy not recommended. Food is excellent. Overall great stay
