PALAZZO PRIME

Turns out we didn't get room at the seemingly popular PALAZZO PRIME. And I am recurring guest there and stayed in some dingy places also in the past. But this time clearly a blessing in disguise to discover Palazzo P. Good location, well maintained property and clean rooms. What's more, received with warmth while checking in and that's unheard of in most cases. A tad letdown is the restaurant for we ordered room service multiple times. But each time it failed to satisfy us. Before I am judged I love vegetarian food. Taste is reflective of finer hands in the kitchen! Going forward I will look no further. This PALAZZO PRIME is my pick in Tezpur.

I stayed at this property for a night. Everything about the property was perfect. One thing was dissatisfying that was when we check into the PALAZZO PRIME, there is no one at the PALAZZO PRIME to help us with your luggages, me being a solo traveller had none with me to carry my luggage, i had to go to the check in counter myself carrying a big trolley to the 4th floor. And talking about the food to he honest it's not worth the money, better to order from outside. But i'll see the better side of it overall room stay was a pleasant one.

Room was fully ac with 24 hours. All furnished with high quality furniture. Looking awesome with all aminate. Room service also good with super behaviour. Hotel reception was also highly helpful to reach on my room. One thing i have to inform regarding fooding in PALAZZO PRIME is very high price for a single person stay. Need to constmize the food so that everyone can eat. All other things are very nice.

Hotel service, food quality, room cleanliness everything is excellent. Only thing i didn't feel safe about was it's way to the lobby/PALAZZO PRIME reception. Although PALAZZO PRIME is located in the market area but it's in 4th floor of the building. There are no guards to direct the way to PALAZZO PRIME lobby. Also at night it's kind of shady to go upstairs. The staffs are very polite and helpful.

The PALAZZO PRIME is located in a busy market area. They have provision for car parking which is an add on. The rooms are well spaced & have all needed amenities at the given price range. The food is good in taste but the feedback would be: 1. There should be provision for half plate order for solo travelers 2. The food is priced on the higher side for some items which needs to be checked.

Prime pallazo is on one of the floors of a shopping which also houses gold gym, a theater and many other shops. The parking is on the basement and can be a hassle if you are arriving at a busy time. The rooms are small but well kept. Looked very clean and hygienic front desk can be little more welcoming rather than behaving robot like. They also have a restaurant which is decent.

We stayed one night. We were four. They had a lot of complimentary stuff, starting from pin to show polish to shower cap and a lot of other stuff. We could not taste the food other than pakodas in the evening which was really good. The staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely visit this place again.

I stayed in the PALAZZO PRIME for 1 night and must say this is the best PALAZZO PRIME i have stayed in recent times. Rooms are clean, cozy & very cozy. Service of all the staff are excellent. Although its a only veg PALAZZO PRIME the food is just awesome.

Super duper bathroom room also.

Place is best for small town like Tezpur and rooms are fresh and have all amenities.

The PALAZZO PRIME are very fine and location is prime in city. Hotel are very clean. Staff behavior is good.

The room was really spacious and beautiful. The stay was comfortable and good care was kept for hygiene. Very well maintained.

It is a nice place for a short stay at the main market. But due to pvr on top it makes lots of disturbance to rest heavy the noise in the rooms.

This property is a very ideal place of tezpur. In the main town of tezpur an easy to shopping and work.

Hotel is awesome. Lovely place to visit. Moreover all the tourists spots are nearby this PALAZZO PRIME.🙏

Nice PALAZZO PRIME, great value for money. Will surely look forward to our next stay.
