The room was decent but had several issues that affected the overall experience. The cable tv was non-functional, and the room lock didn’t work properly, compromising security. The service was disappointing and lacked promptness. For instance, when we requested tea, it was served only after an hour. Similarly, we asked for toothpaste, and while the staff assured us it would be provided, we waited over an hour, and no one delivered it. The lack of efficiency and attention to guest needs was frustrating.
