The rooms are great and smooth check in process. The staff is very cooperative and the rooms are very comfortable. Overall it’s a great stay.

Room and bathroom was full of cockroaches. Sheet was torn. Comforter/ quilt appeared dirty. AC did not function properly.

I had a wonderful stay at Palette Coastal Grand! The hotel is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect mix of comfort and elegance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Room not allocated, make my trip confirmed without checking the hotel, It was a horrible experience. I suffered a lot.very bad experience.

1 st thing gave room like 40 minutes late.... After giving keys no instructions where provided like you could order here this is the phone number for reception nothing.... 3rd no dental kit and kettle provided... Leave that just for TV remote and water bottle went three times and informed after that only we got remember 3 times they act like they don't care at all... For this money we are paying atleast show some basic professionalism

Washrooms are smelly, intercom doesn't work, blinds are torn. Totally not worth the price , definitely wouldn't recommend

Good ambience and easy accessing location.below is a mall and movie theater so we can enjoy shopping also

window curtain is not proper it was tarred and they not even kept the soap inside the bathroom and tv is not working still I make the complaint with reception bt they not solved this till checkout

Decent hotel, feels like resort , clean rooms and professional staff

Room ambience looks very good since its a newly built resort however bathroom stinks badly. The beds are terrible I have also complained to the reception they said alternate beds being dried so they have put old ones. Pathetic response

Blankets were not washed. Rooms has foul smell. No dental kits. Not suggested for business class stay.

They Told Breakfast is not there for our package , But when I booked in make my trip it’s with complimentary breakfast only Behaviour of staff is not up to the level

The room is good as per the image. The food is also good. The only concern is the room service for cleaning is not done. May be we have to inform the reception. Otherwise it’s a good stay.

Very calm and a pleasant stay within a km distance from omr. Clean rooms and professional services. Will be visiting again.
