We went with family for a one day trip to Vagamon and stayed at Palette Hill View Resort. Property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and caring. Swimming pool has an excellent View and kids liked it very much. Restaurant space is limited, could be a problem when the Palette Hill View Resort Vagamon is full. We wanted to order room service for dinner, but the options were very limited and we had to drive to Vagamon Town through fog. We enjoyed the drive though) so if you are planning for dinner from the Palette Hill View Resort Vagamon, order in advance. Overall very good experience.

Me, my wife and kid stayed in the resort for 2 days in September 2019. To start with, the resort is an eco-friendly and peaceful place with a spacious and clean room. It is just like what you see in the pictures. The staffs are very friendly and supportive. After a rain, I took my 4-year-old kid to the play area and one of the staff immediately came to dry the slide and merry go round. It was a very thoughtful and prompt service. But the highlight for me was the swimming pool. The view of the mountains from the swimming pool was just awesome. I hope that we will stay here in the future.

Pros - children park, infinity pool and view, courteous staff. Scope for improvement- room maintenance could be better, there was a mistake on my part too, i told them i would reach by 3:00pm therefore i had to wait 30 mins although i reached early. They have a defined menu for the day, that’s a good strategy from a economical and wastage reduction perspective from Palette Hill View Resort Vagamon management perspective but in the other side, it limits my choices as a end customer, the pool needs some maintenance work. Overall my kid loved the stay which was important for me.

The location of the stay is amazing with a breathtaking view. It is not very far from the centre. The property is well maintained. The food is good too. But, you need to pre-order it to avoid delay. The size of a standard room is not very different from a cottage room even though the latter has more amenities like refrigerator, couch, kettle etc. The overall experience was nice.

This place is where you must stay while you are planning to visit Vagamon. The view from pool is breathtaking and at night you can enjoy barbecue with bonfire and music, followed by playing carom with your friends right inside your room. The staff is too nice, they'd give their 100% to serve you any time of the day. Also, early morning, you can visit the tea gardens right next to the Palette Hill View Resort Vagamon. Overall the place was just perfect.

The experience was amazing. Cordial and helpful staff. Good guidance from basil (the manager in charge). Breath taking View of the Western ghats. Swimming amidst the ghats in an infinity pool. What more do I have to say, the food was freshly prepared on prior notice. So no old food running. Had a great time with family. Camp fire and BBQ set up by the Resort was a perfect ending for the good vacation we had planned. Thanks guys

We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay.. All staffs were very courteous & kind. We could get tasty vegetarian food in resort.. Vagamon location was very nice with good view points & off road jeep safari was excellent. Special thanks to Chef George, Shebin, Rajesh, Ajieesh, Mani, Rajan, Vipin & others. Entire team were quite accommodative & supporting.. thank you. Feel like visiting Vagamon again soon…

We had a wonderful stay at the Palette Hill View Resort Vagamon (oct 2020) for two nights. Food was hygienic and tasted great. All our custom requests (as we have a kid) were accommodated. Staff members were friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our stay by a night! highly recommended.
