The hotel’s prime location is a big plus. However, service was a major letdown: room service refused a second towel, claiming “complementary we can give only one,” with no alternatives offered. Without its own restaurant, it partners with nearby spots, but breakfast is basic—one plate of paratha (sattu or aloo) or an omelette, plus a single drink (tea, coffee, or canned juice). Fine for a budget crash pad if location trumps all, but skip for anything resembling decent hospitality.

The property was not well maintained , no trained staff available

worst experience first I have too wait for room then I have too change two rooms for not cleaning room's are not clean smell of cigarette are in room and lobby everywhere

Stay was terrible. Dey refused to provide any Towel/Dustbin/Glass/water etc in the room. Floor of room was dirty. Air conditioner didn't worked. None of the rooms have windows. Whole night we were profusely sweating in lack of any ventilation and AC. On complaining hotel had some 20-25 staffs all of young age misbehaving. Still in apprehension I gathered courage to complain to MMT but got absolutely no resolution. As I checked into the hotel at 11:00 pm i was not left wid any option to change hotel @midnight. Overall extremely Unsafe, unhygenic and without any facilities.

I want my refund..poorest room service in terms of cleanliness..AC not worked 2 days...unhygienic toilet ..towel and essentials not provided..lot more to say, worst experience

Hotel ambience is good but inside room,washroom was smells very bad and room service-management is so poor,no body response

The staff are courteous but the rooms were not properly cleaned and the amenities were also missing like AC remote, TV remote, tea/coffee.

Room is very conjusted and no best facilities to parking own four Wheeler.

Staff behaviour was very good, property was average little dirty smell was in whole property, restaurant inside the property is very costly, location was average, mentioned room facilities like toiletries was not available.

Enjoyed the hush, calming atmosphere and would wish to come back here again! Great for families! Spacious rooms and superior on-site amenities.
