Property was not hygienic, Room was not properly cleaned, pillow cover was not changed and was in poor condition. Staff was also not polite. Shower was not working, making it tough to take a bath.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this establishment, and I can confidently say the entire experience was poor, starting immediately with the check-in process and continuing with the shocking behavior of the staff.

The day was nice. Room was neat and clean. It's just that washroom had only hand shower, and it wasn't working properly. Breakfast and everything else was good.

Extremely disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip and OYO. The room shown in pictures was completely fake — there was no bathtub, the mini fridge and locker were broken, water was leaking from the tap, and basic amenities like towels were never provided even after repeated requests. MakeMyTrip should verify hotels before listing such misleading properties. Think twice before booking with MakeMyTrip — once you pay, even their “customer support” disappears.

Poor hygiene. Poor service. Images in the application appear far better than the actual rooms. Booked a villa and the size of the room recieved was just a standard room. Torn bedsheets, dirty comforter, feathers fly off the pillow with filthy yellow stains. The guys didn't even put a towel in the washroom. After request they provided just one which smelled horrible. I am terribly disappointed both with the hotel doesn't even audit these places before even listing them. Only upside of the property is that it is exactly at 56 street. Proximity to other important places is another advantage.

Location is good but the rooms are small and the people are unfriendly, little like "do whatever you want" kind of. The rooms were unclean. I had taken for two days even though I asked for cleaning next day they didn't clean, not they gave refill water in booth the rooms or soap. I went out to buy. It's pathetic, don't stay here with family

Not at all satisfied with the service. Room was not cleaned properly. Even bedsheets were torned. Room smelled like hell. Anyhow we have spend that night and checked out as early as 5 ‘O clock. They just dont value customers wh booked room through MMT or online. Even door knob was broken. Couldn’t sleep because of privacy issue. After complaining they assure that only this room wont be opened by master key.
