The place was centrally located. Right on Chappan Dukan, the bustling street food market. Rooms are very basic and facilities can be improved. For e.g. for two guests, we shouldn’t have to ask for two towels. Hand towels were missing too. One of our rooms has a foul smell but was promptly changed

There's no better location to stay, if you want to visit 56 dukaan market. Rooms are ok for night stay. They have a parking for 6-7 cars. Staff is polite. Cleanliness needs improvement. 5/5 for location. Rest 3. 5/5. Photos available are old.

Overall good experience stayed in palette sapphire the experience was too good the staff and the property manager resolved and handled the issue very politely mmt customer care too helped so on the basis of that given them a good rating.....

I stayed with family in 2rooms, rooms are bit small but clean Palette Sapphire Star Chappan Market good to stay for 2nights. 56 street is very close so easy to access. Other popular destinations are nearby and u can easily take a auto.
