PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN

Booked 2 ac rooms through MMT based on good review compared to other PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSANs in Hassan. The cost is bit high, but compared to the maintenance required to run a PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN in a good way, involves money so felt it ok. Check-in was quick though my name was not included in the day's list and they (Nethra at reception and owner Lakshmaiah) found it out from their system quickly and check-in was done in 2 minutes. Good room ambiance and the PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN is maintained well. Found few Foreigners in the PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN. 24x7 hot water available and bathroom was sparkling clean. Later owner Lakshmaiah inquired on our room stay comfortability. Since I was there for a wedding, was not in a position to check-out at 12 noon. Based on the request, they allowed me to extend beyond 12 noon. The restriction is due to online booking from MMT, otherwise it is 24 hours check-out. I request MMT to resolve this niggle. Did not try the restaurant. Would love to go back there. Thanks to the owner and staff for keeping the quality high.

I recently stayed at palguni residency in hassan during my travels, and overall, it was a decent and clean budget-friendly option. The booking process with makemytrip and check-in were hassle-free, which was a relief after a long journey. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained. The linens, towels, and curtains were all fresh and tidy, which added to the pleasant experience. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition. However, one minor drawback was the absence of toilet tissues in the bathroom. It would have been more convenient if they were provided, as it's a basic necessity for most travelers. Additionally, i noticed that the PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN did not provide any bathroom or dental kits, which could have been a nice touch for guests who might have forgotten to bring their own. Despite these small shortcomings, i found my stay at palguni residency in hassan to be satisfactory. The cleanliness and budget-friendly nature of the PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN made it a suitable choice for a one-night stay during my travels.

Fantastic place to stay. Requested a bigger room upon seeing the regular double room i had booked through makemytrip. Given immediately. Good job by the front office girl. She understood english and responded in kannada which i also understood in spite of both not knowing the languages each expected the other to understand! food was awesome. Every square inch i saw was spicy and span! underground parking is limited, but i could park my big-sized suv with ease. The rooms won't get stuff to prepare your own tea or coffee in case you plan an early morning trip to belur/halebeedu! i had a very pleasant overnight stay!

The place doesn’t look modern but the rooms are extremely well maintained. Parking is sufficient. The owner takes personal interest in ensuring guests are taken care of which is a plus. Has south indian snacks at the place and the dos a was excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is because they could provide shampoo and an extra soap (they provide only one. Also, it was difficult to contact the restaurant to order food as no one was picking up first and then the number was engaged. Had to call the reception to get help and got it immediately. Would recommend staying at the place for a stop over.

The PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN is neat and clean. Room was spacious. Service was good. The only drawback was the mosquitoes. Because of the weather, i had chosen non-ac room. I had to open the windows for proper ventilation. Windows doesn't have mosquito mesh and i had tough time with mosquitoes at night. The location is calm and quiet. There's a spacious restaurant in the ground floor. Room service is available at specified times and not 24/7. Basement parking can accommodate around 8 cars. However there's enough parking on the street opposite to the PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN next to the park.

We have booked the PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN for 2 days stay in nova 2022 with family to visit belur and halebidu. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous. Hotel is located in business area. We have purchased silk sarees. The restaurant is situated at ground floor. Hospital and medical store is available nearby. I recommend this PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN for any one visiting hassan. Pramod patil

Stayed here, when ever i visited hassan, almost every-time i stayed, the stay has been pleasent. Nothing much fancy akinities in the PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN, but has everything that you need for a comfortable stay with family.
Overall stay was very good, clean rooms, great staff behaviour, they listen to your concerns (i had absolutely nothing) but very small things are also cometely taken care off.

When i visited last time, i had pointed out lack of toiletry as the only issue with the place. The hygiene, cleanliness, service and food were all up to the mark. Realized that one can ask for additional soap, toothbrush, etc at the reception and so the only issue i mentioned last time is also taken care of. The best place to stop over in hassan on the way to bangalore from udupi/mangalore as of now.

I booked an AC room for my family for 3 days. The PALGUNI RESIDENCY HASSAN is really very clean and the staff was very polite. They have a pure veg restaurant which is average.

Hotel was very neat and clean. the staff were courteous. food was really good. parking space is very limited due to some on going work in the basement

This was our second time staying with them easily the best place to stay in town and the food is so good

The restaurant didn't serve non veg food which was a damper and veg foods didn't have any variety, just plain old regular stuff with nothing to be rejoiced.

We had a very pleasant stay at phalguni. Staff was courteous, room/washroom was clean. Hotel is easily accessible, has a decent restaurant next door and the public park in front is an added bonus.
