Rooms are ok for a short stay, interiors are not good, polite staff and very helpful. immediate action is taken if any complain. I would rate this Pallavi Avida 4 on 5, I will appreciate it if the interiors and paints are taken care of on our next visit. Buffet spread and food quality is also good
