I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palm Beach Hotel in Visakhapatnam, and I can confidently say it was one of my best Palm Beach Hotel & Resort experiences to date! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. They greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for my stay. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished. The sea view from my balcony was simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The comfortable bed made for restful nights, and the amenities provided—like complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a flat-screen TV—added to the overall convenience. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, catering to all tastes, from local delicacies to international favorites. I also dined there for dinner, and the seafood dishes were exceptionally fresh and flavorful. The Palm Beach Hotel & Resort’s location is another major plus. It's situated right by the beach, making it easy to take leisurely strolls along the shore or enjoy water activities. Additionally, it’s conveniently located near several local attractions, making it a great base for exploring Visakhapatnam. The Palm Beach Hotel & Resort’s amenities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay at Palm Beach Hotel was a delightful experience, marked by excellent service, stunning views, and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Visakhapatnam. Firstly, i must commend your staff for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment i arrived at the Palm Beach Hotel & Resort, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk (roop kumar) were courteous and efficient. The room i stayed in exceeded my expectations. It was well-appointed, clean, and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities did not go unnoticed, and i appreciate the efforts made to ensure a pleasant stay. I had the opportunity to dine at your restaurant, and i must say that the culinary experience was outstanding. The menu offered a diverse range of options, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The chef's skill in crafting delicious dishes was evident. The restaurant staff (kalisha and ganesh bodi) were attentive, and their recommendations were spot-on. Furthermore, i want to express my gratitude for the efforts your team made to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols. In the current times, it's reassuring to see a commitment to the well-being of guests. Plus:1. The Palm Beach Hotel & Resort has entrance gate to beach which is open from 6am to 6pm. 2. The complimentary breakfast served covers lots of varieties. The taste of poori curry is excellent. The live counter has dosas and omlete. 3. Location wise, the place is convenient to see other tourist attractions like, rk beach, ins submarine, sea harrier museum, vishaka museum, kailasagiri and musical fountain. 4. The mini locker facility in the room is very useful l to store valuables. 5. In the room, the smart tv along with subscription with amazon prime video was helpull in entire family watching movie together. We saw "adipurush" and "mahaveerudu" and enjoyed it. 6. The Palm Beach Hotel & Resort is always full of tourists and lively. Minus:1. Not all the rooms of the Palm Beach Hotel & Resort have beach view. I inquired in the office and they said that beach view rooms are not put on online. Only rooms without beach view are put To book rooms with beach view, its manual booking directly with Palm Beach Hotel & Resort staff. So we were disappointing as we assumed all the rooms of this Palm Beach Hotel & Resort will have beach view.

Nicely located Palm Beach Hotel & Resort. It’s neat and well maintained and quite different from the usual Palm Beach Hotel & Resorts i stay. Food here is good and the best part is one can go for a refreshing walk to the beach which is just near the swimming pool. Housekeeping needs some improvement for sure as the toiletries are of poor quality and the soap and shampoo dispensers i found were not working. Towels were also not maintained properly. 5 stars for location. Rooms although were big in size but it lacked a view and no natural light would come in. The mattress was also old and spongy. Housekeeping and maintenance needs improvement.

The location of the Palm Beach Hotel & Resort is super. The early morning view of the sea from the kuteeram category room is simply breathtaking. The staff is polite. Breakfast is very ordinary and our stay of 3 days was vitally the same spread served with limited variety. The size of the kuteerama room is fabulous and tube room is artistically designed. Only challenge of these rooms is that they are located above the banquet room. If there is a party/ marriage on the day of the stay, there is a lot of disturbance to sleep as sound proofing is not adequate. Other than that, stay was enjoyanle.

The rooms were spacious but not very well maintained. For example, the bedside table and cushions had multiple stains. The bed was not very comfortable. However, the overall ambience was spectacular. The pool was clean and the water maintained at a pleasant temperature. The food was simply delicious. We had chicken tikka, fish finger, grilled sizzler and sizzling brownie. The resort is big and picturesque with a private entery to rk beach.

We had good experience with the stay. We stayed in kuteeram. The room was good and spacious. It was clean as well. Breakfast provided was good. Staff is very supportive. One thing i would suggest is to have someone who can help with the luggage when people arrive. Pool is good but they have time limits which are short and people might not get chance to use it when they plan some thing in the morning and evening.

The stay was really good. The see side view and the interior of the room is so impressive. We have ordered food from the Palm Beach Hotel & Resort itself and it was tasty. They have a private beech easily accessible from your room. It is so beautiful with rocks and tides. Being at the heart of the city, one can easily travel to other places withing 3kms. The over all service is impressive

Decent place, rooms and ambience is a bit on okay side. Loved the art work around rooms. Staff is helpful. I can tell rooms are not non smoking. Over all decent place and not on par with the price you pay.

Stay was good, awesome location, great ambience and polite staff. Food was delicious. Water flow in the shower can be worked upon as it was little slow.

It's an excellent location with beach view n access. Private beach is superb. Quite rooms with all aminities.

I stayed at the first floor and the room was quite large & was very comfortable. I found that the bathroom was slightly small as you go in, but it was ok, not bad. I enjoyed the buffet spread at lunch, dinner, and the complimentary breakfast served. I found the pricing of individual items a touch too expensive. The people are friendly. Overall my stay was very comfortable.

Our stay was delightful; the property is well-maintained, the food was excellent, and the staff members were courteous. A major highlight was the private beach, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. The property is adjacent to rk beach and parks
