Palm Era Resorts

The location is on the main highway (just 200 inside). Location is great. The food is good. The preparation of food takes around 20 minutes but it is worth for fresh food. The table tennis, badminton are superb. The swimming pool is cute and enjoyable. The property is big however maintenance can be improved. The resort can mark them as coffee plantation, palm plantation etc so as to give more info to the guests. You can book taxi on Ganapati travels. The information will be provided by reception. Don't forget to bargain. You can also call auto for drop at bus stand which is around 4 km from resort. The charge is 100 rupees. The resort is very near to Cavery nisargadhama which is a picnic place. The resort is on main highway and Madikeri is just 30 km from the resort. The roads of the resort can be improved. The backside of the cottages shall be maintained by cleaning the area. Similarly grass in front of the cottage shall be trimmed. The area of the cottage is small but resort is not to stay in room. It is to roam around and enjoy. Hence the resort passes the test. The overall resort is better and deserve a stay. Good return of money.

The outside ambience is very good with full of palm trees and loan. It has a small artificial waterfall and loan. Very calm and quiet. It has children's play area and badminton court. Full of birds due to lot of trees. Villas are old individual houses with brown wooden ceiling (not very stylish looking like in 4star or 5star Palm Era Resortss) but no issues. Will not feel hot inside (oct) due to tile roof and wooden ceiling. Room service extra 10% for food. But restaurant is very near. The name of restaurant is bayleaf. So even if this name is shown in go-ogle search it is inside the resort campus but entry is through security gate. Safe environment. Bathroom is ok. But could improve a lot as it gives an old look. But it is maintained well. No issues. Hot water and cold water both are there. Kettle is provided in room with 2 bottles of mineral water.

The resort was well maintained and was following all the possible safety measures related COVID 19 , It had distant and limited occupancy which doesn't make the place overcrowded. The resort is in Kushalnagar and it is really close to the 3 major spots - Dubare elephant camp, Monastery and Nisarga Dhama. Madikeri is just 30 kms away from the place which can be covered with nice drive of 1 hour max. Food was tasty and had good variety in the menu option. a special mention to the Hospitality and behavior of the staff, which can make anybody feel at home. Ambience was really calm and soothing with its lush green garden and birds chirping sound. A BIG thumbs up to the team. 👍✌

Travelled to Palm Era resort in the month of october for 2 nights/3 days with family. The resort is covered with Palm trees, small part of coffee plantation. If you are couples book standard cottages and book standard deluxe cottages or rooms for family. Food is awesome with good taste. The staff and service is good, owner is a gentleman. There is a children's play area, tt, badminton court and small swimming pool is available in the resort. Good part most of the visiting places like buddha Golden temple, Nisargadhma, Harangi dam, Dubare elephant camp, Chakli reservoir, and you can visit Abbe falls and Rajaseat in Madikeri.

This place is very close to all localities in eastern part of coorg such as dub-are elephant camp, golden temple etc. Pros food was very good and service was great. Lush green property ample parking hot water through out the day ( this is a big deal in coorg) cons while the propert is lush and green, the room itself has no view. We spent most of our time exploring coorg and were only in the room to crash in the nights - so this was not a big deal. But if you're looking for a room with a view, this might not be the best option. Overalls, great service great food. Great property

We had a 2 night stay here, we had to ask for basic things like hand towel, tea and coffee kit, kettle was broken, room had no space bed was terrible, they did not changed the bed sheets despite of asking, they just turned it upside down. Although staff was nice but there was not enough people to serve. Chargers were very high and not at all worth the money. Center table was broken, cottage was very tiny, there was no cupboard to keep stuff. Over all never recommend it to anyone. Therr are many more options available in lesser amount.

Property is close to kushalnagar town and is close proximity ( ~2 to 6 km) to many tourist spots ( nisarga dhama, harangi dam, golden temple etc. Resorts is close to highway and is pretty well maintained, thou it is not a big property it's a good place relax. Also not much of activities inside the resort. Considering its a small property ( ~ 5 cottages and 6 rooms or so. Thou swimming pool table tennis and children play area are there. It's mostly like a checklist. Overall it was a good stay.

This s a good place fr a relaxed stay. Not located on the hill as we expected it to be. Finding the resort was a bit tricky. But once we entered the ambience was refreshing. They had friendly & helpful staff, decent & clean rooms, maintained swimming pool. Food was OK. Breakfast was a big letdown. There wer no shops around and no proper local transport, especially after late evening. Sightseeing through the resort was gud; by a informed travel guide. Good stay except food & local transport.

All staff were always with masks. The place and the utensils were always clean and good. Food - very good taste and value for money service - at restaurant is amazing. Room service is good too. Location - close to deer park and monastery, easily locatable

Nice time spent there. Facilities are good. If it is located in centre of Coorg then it would be more attractive. Food was very tasty. Morning breakfast was good. Badminton play gives us unique ecperience. We enjoyed a lot.

Location is right off the highway, provides easy access to all tourist locations. As the places in newly developed, it has some construction still in progress. Food is good and reasonably priced. Value for money place.

Good stay good Palm Era Resorts services are also food can be improved overall nice stay !! Cottages are maintained well! If going to Coorg this place is good for stay! With family! Really good experience !! Keep it up

Good food and ambiance is very nice. Hotel members are so kind and supportive.

Rooms were clean. Service can be improved. Location was good. Just spent one night as it was a short trip. Booking a triple bedroom through MMT was cheaper for this booking than any other thay we went through.

It was family trip with my kids and wife. I felt it was nice time spent at palm Era with good hospitality. The staff was so humble and helpful. Only thing I missed was ATM in the premises. Hopefully next time the need will fulfilled. I recommend the Palm Era for staying during Coorg visit.

Hotel location is good, service is good. Food is excellent, facilities are good. Need more boards on highways specially at night so that new comer can identify Palm Era Resorts. Reception lady is too good with polite language

Construction is a little outdated and not upmarket, but is good for overall price. This is 45 min away from actual all major site seeing locations in coorg, so plan accordingly. Food taste is good and reasonably priced

Reception is awesome, very neat and clean, excellent hospitality, wonderful experience of staying close to nature

Good hospitality and service. Breakfast provided for complementary was very delicious enjoyed in the resort with the play zone and some sports were also available like badminton we can stay for 2-3 days in the place.
