Palm Exotica Resort and Convention Centre

I found this property through my own search and booked it on the occasion of my husband's bday. Starting from location, room, overall view of property, food and options to explore, everything was good. I only didn't like one chinese serve otherwise housekeeping, and reception were active to take your request. They gave us a tour of property and explained it well. The pool is another best thing to enjoy and we went during less crowds which really worked in our favor. Last but not the least, reception upgraded our room to pool side which is the most amazing thing. Go for it.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Palm Exotica Resort and Convention Centre. Everything about the Palm Exotica Resort and Convention Centre was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The stay was good. The place is really serene amd in nature's lap. The infrastructure is really good, but let down by the management. The staff are hardworking but it just misses some more heart from the management. That would make this a great resort. The room was nice the food service time was also fine. But the taste of the food could be upped a notch. As i said the place is good and xoild be great with some attention. Thanks to the courteous staff and restaurant folks for their service.

Property is good, well maintained and the food taste is also good. The service at the restaurant is bit delayed but otherwise overall it was fine. We went to water mark as well and there was multiple power cuts during the rides which sort hampered our experience. They could have had a generator back up instead of keeping us waiting.

Stay at palm exotica was very pleasant. Staff was very humble and hospitality received was very impressive. Food at restaurant was yummy. Breaf fast buffet was also decent enough. Room service and room was very clean and interior was very pleased. Well spent weekend at palm exotica

We went with family for 1 night stay there is no crowds but resort doesn’t have few amenities in working condition like indoor games and food need to be improved says i five star resort but doesnt feel like that. But stay was cool and service is prompt and good

It is a very pleasant experience while staying at palm exotica. The place is very well maintained and the food is good as well. Very good for couples and families. The poolside is nicely maintained and provides a very relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed in a temple tree villa, the place feels like an another world with good privacy and lots of picturesque places for photography. Good for couples for a romantic time. Close to the city end easy to reach.

Its ambience is outstanding, liked the pool and the calmness, greenery is outstanding. But food choices are less and cost is a bit high. But the breakfast buffet was too good.

We can enjoyed a lot for one day it is good to enjoy. Nice ambiance. Nice theme park. Kids can enjoy this place.

It was amazing, i checked in at 3:00 am and thought i would have issues due to late check-in but the staff was understanding and let me check-in and helped out with the luggage at 3:00 am in night

Over all is good need to main cleanliness in the rooms n worst part is breakfast was worst n restaurant items are too salty n taste not so good
