Bathroom was leaking. Faucet was not working in room 504 bougainvillea. Staff was nice. They helped me a lot in everything

It was definitely a pleasant stay. I got confused seeing some bad reviews. Although it’s a small resort definitely worth visiting for a 1 night stay

Whatever they promised nothing was there. Room was terrible no outdoor activities only pool was there. Pathetic

food was very average except that stay was very good wild waters amusement park is main attraction inside the resort.

The room had a broken light on the front porch which was not fixed after complaining for 3 days. The tv remote was not working and the electrician was just saying that we do not know how to switch on the tv. The breakfast buffet was the same for everyday and it had almost not taste at all including the tea and coffee.

Place to stay is beautiful with lush green gardens but the place is not managed well. Food is horrible in the restaurant. Firstly, the restaurant prices are too high and then they dont give quality food. We got a malai chicken tikka which was stale. Trying to return it and there was a ruckus around it by the staff. Food quality was not at all good. Also, the idea of paying immediately when we order is useless, they should collate and take it during checkout. They dont provide proper glass for drinking water with rooms. Not at all happy with the management

Property is good but not much to do. Rooms are ok. Food is very spicy. Ok types, not value for money. They could do more by having dinner group activity or bonfire.

Worst food, no facilities in resort, 0 value for money, indoor games are in terrible conditions. Very bad experience for the complete stay

The place was amazing. We actually went to goa the last year. So, we were planning to visit a place which would give us similar vibes of goa. We enquired about palm exotica. We came, we stayed, and we enjoyed a lot. It gave the same vibes and enjoyment as we were in goa. Love this resort. Would visit this place again.

Palm Exotic is okiesh place to stay. The entire place looks very old with poor maintenance of the property. They have only one restaurant operational and the waiting time for the order is pathetic. The only good thing about the place is the zero disturbance, nothing else is great for the price.

- rooms are good and neat - swimming pool is good. Can improve. - decent greenary around - restaurant area is nice but a big negative is the time restriction. - limited menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner and bound by time. - no food available available after 10:30 pm - no alcohol - activities area needs improvement. Tt bat, ball, cue stick need to be replaced/repaired. Air hockey table not working. Area not maintained well. - can plan and enjoy a good 50+ km drive to the resort.

The property is good. Especially the swimming pool is very good. Maintenance of the room is to be improved. Food quality and taste is very good. Overall experience is 8/10

Pathetic they sold an under maintenance room. The flush was not working no hot water d power fluctuations all night.

No hot water and after even complaining, no action was taken. Food was good but costly. Resort is clean but not worthy of what has been charged. They should have included wild waters also as part of package.

Great surroundings with perfect maintenance. The pool is awesome. The room ambiance and privacy is great. Staff support and services are appreciable. Food should be needed to improve to match local people's needs as it is in a hyd location. All the food prepared to match per north indian style. No dishes available for south indian and local preferences.

Location of the property was easy to access and the staff there have guided properly. The price for the facilities were a little on higher side compared to the other resorts in hyderabad. In most of the resorts where water rides are available are included along with bookings but here it has to be borne at extra cost which is an additional cost. Other wise the stay is good and we enjoyed the stay.
