Palm Green Hotel and Resorts

The hotel was not at all maintained well. The corridors had bad smell and rooms toilet was not cleaned well. They didn’t provide the mention toiletry items like no dental kit ,no shower cap and no bucket nor water jugs in Bath room .. The worst part is no Hot water to Bath.wen called Reception they just told will come after some time ..No proper response No tissue paper provided in Toilets and In Rooms.. No proper ventilation..& so on Pls Make my trip to Check the actual and present condition and promote them .. I lost my trust in Makemy trip recommendations

Rooms full of mosquito very bad small,hot water not available, no shaving items, toilets are not clean and very expensive not worth to pay that amount.

It has really helped us a lot to stay in this Palm green resort, very good room service and especially the food is very tasty for all regions- we liked South Indian dishes and both North Indian as well, it was a great pleasure to stay here.

It was terrible entry in reception, the first impression was very bad at reception. Bath tub was available but not cold and hot water available. We did check out without bath. I am surprised how make my trip has assigned this hotel. You are loosing your good wheel in the market

I could not sleep cause there was loud music played in the hotel area in some marriage function

We checked in at 10 pm only for night stay. A pool cocktail party was going on with lot of noise, then we were shifted to a room on the extreme corner. While asking for toast butter, they cooked on tava as there was no toaster. In the morning no buffet breakfast, stale paratha, again tava cooked toast, poor quality butter i. E. Of vita instead of amul. Horrible stay

The ac was not working. But on repittive complaint they have changed the room

Hotel is ok for stay. Water is dirty and smelly, could not take bath or even rinse mouth. Swimming pool is also dirty.

Property distance is too high from airport. Not managed well.
