Palm Grove Eco Resort

booked this Palm Grove Eco Resort just out of curiosity of staying in an eco-friendly cottage. I was stunned by the care with which these cottages have been meticulously planned and built with the locally available natural materials and at the same time keeping the surroundings pleasantly clean. The stay here is a unique experience for tourists of all ages who want to blend with the grace of the Andaman Islands. The restaurant is very decent and kitchen is neat. For the highly affordable tariff, the Palm Grove Eco Resort provides comfortable stay and rewarding experience. The owner shibu establishes quick relations with the guests and make them feel completely at home and many guests extend their stay beyond the original plan. The location may look away from city, but actually is very well connected by Buses and Autos and the Hotel staff guide us on transport very well. If you are a nature loving tourist I strongly recommend this Palm Grove Eco Resort in Port Blair.

We had booked at the Palm Grove Eco Resorts for two days through MakeMyTrip from 7th to 8th January 2015, but we ended up staying in the same place for an additional 3 days. We stayed in a standard AC Room.The rooms are basic but very clean. We found on our return everyday that our room was cleaned and clean linen and towels changed. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and was always ready to guide us for our daytime tours. Especially Michael, he would arrange our ferry rides with a phone call and always advised us on the best possible manner. The food was standard, nothing out of the ordinary but hygienic and good. We hope to go back again as we still have a couple of Islands to visit.

The Palm Grove Eco Resort is located in a picturesque location very close to the famous tourist places like Corbyn's Cove and Chidia Tapu. Nature Loving Tourists must plan a stay here and enjoy quite walk through the rich forests of Andaman. The landscape around the Palm Grove Eco Resort offers innumerable choices to explore. The food is served clean, the rooms are tidy and the tariff is affordable. All rooms are occupied by evening and a short stroll around the bar and canal inside the campus creates immediate friendships. It is home away from home and you feel you are so close to the nature. Recommended strongly.

I stayed in this resort for 7 days. The reception was good and the staff was supportive. When I entered in the room found it spacious and cleanliness was up to the mark. Room service was also good. The resort is at walking distance from korbine beach. You can have a very refreshing morning and evening walk to the beach from resort. Two wheelers are also available for rent in the resort itself. Over ally staying in the resort was a very good experience.

Good place and very economical in terms of the standard of the city which is fairly expensive since it's a tourist destination. Friendly and courteous staff and helpful. Flexible Palm Grove Eco Resort rules and not far from the airport. The only drawback is the inconsistent power back up. Good place for a short holiday I must say. And thank you makemytrip for the wonderful discounts.

The Palm Grove Eco Resort was clean and the services were very good. Friendly help desk which can be contacted any time. They were very good in helping out tourists for any queries. Beautiful Property, which is well maintained and Good Quality Service. Stay here is a real worth and great value. Sure, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others for a pleasant experience.

Rooms were awesome and very clean, Food was very fantastic and very cheap. Transport facilities were also very good. All the staff were behaving very politely especially the manager his name is Mr. Sathya, he was very helpful. Actually we faced problems in room booking. He voluntarily spoke with makemytrip and cleared that problem. It's very budget and economic Hotel.

Though the rooms are compact, it is good enough. The Hotel folks are friendly and help you arrange for your touring visits and get you tickets to ferries/ship rides. The cabs can prove a bit costly though. The food is decent. Since you would be spending most of the time outside the Palm Grove Eco Resort, a budget Palm Grove Eco Resort like this is recommended.

We had booked nicobari huts. They were awesome. But to all who are going to this Palm Grove Eco Resort, please book canal/tree top. The Palm Grove Eco Resort is beautifully located and the greenery will allure you. One must stay here to have a feel of how Andamanese live. I loved the stay here.

The location of the resort is good and the staff are really good. Real value for money, cannot expect more than this. People who enjoy nature will love staying here and a big no for people who love swanky star Palm Grove Eco Resorts. Cannot wait to visit again and it will be Palm Grove Eco Resort.

It is located at a distance than the common locations and also, from market and popular tourist spots. So, you need some extra travel time which is not a big issue. The rooms give a different look than common brick wall rooms. The food has not much choice but was hygienic. You will not get dissatisfied is the short comment.

Satisfactory trip. Food and services requires lot of improvement. WiFi facility is a greater need. Rooms stink due to fuges. Polished should be kept in customer care areas. Availability of electrical and plumbing staff in the night is essential. Professional management is the need of the hour.

Nice budget Hotel but need a little cleanliness. Staff was very helpful specially the named Hemant. Hotel is little outside town but that will do. Food is also nice not very costly and worth your money.

This is a very good Palm Grove Eco Resort and provide service is a so good. Hotel also provide tea. Breakfast. Lunch and dinner. All quality is a very high and test full. Staff also helpful and co oprative mind. So this is a best.

This is a excellent resort with excellent staff. They are very friendly and helpful whenever you need. It is very good for the budget traveller and I am sure that one will enjoy their stay. There food arrangement is nice. Also they made some alternate arrangement when our flight got canceled.

The most amazing staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet, they were very helpful while planning my trip with the family. Good rooms and very neat. I had left my ring behind in the room while checking out and the owner was kind enough to come and give it to me at the airport I will definitely recommend this place to stay while at Port Blair

Hospitality is at its best. They are very helpful and it was a comfortable stay. We had stayed in the canal room which was very nice. There was no TV which was little sad but I used it to my advantage of socialising with my family. Food and restaurant could be little better. Overall it was good.

Nice cooperative staff, different experience. Visit to be once. Rooms are varying. Book as you like. Little far from city centre. Mr. Satya is very cooperative person. Helped us and guided for touring to andman places. Veg food also available

Overall it's a budget Palm Grove Eco Resort. Food was good, service was also good. If one is going to spend whole day outside and just want to stay at night for getting sleep then it's the right budget Palm Grove Eco Resort for travellers, one should not spend so much money for just spending night.

We had visited Port Blair in Nov 2015. Stayed 3N/4D at Palm Grove Eco Resort. Location is somewhat far from main City area but it is pleasant & nice to stay out there. Food is also very good. Nicely planned plantation & flowers. Small pond with bunch of fishes waiting for food from you. Overall, a nice experience at Palm Grove Eco Resort - Port Blair.
