It was a very comfortable stay. The property is in one acre land which provides a very calm stay with any noise of the busy traffic around. I took two non ac standard rooms. The rooms are spacious with clean and spacious bathrooms. They provide blankets, mosquito repellent, soap and drinking water. They also provide free wifi. In the morning you could hear the sounds of birds chirping. There is a swing in the garden and benches for the guests. The main highlight of this apartment is that there is a hospital next to the property. It was a great help for me as my daughter got a fever at night after the trip. There is also a police station infront of the hospital the staff were very good in behavior and was very supportive when my daughter got sick. Totally it was a very good stay. Thank you.

It was an wonderful l experience in palm grove service villa. The room aswell as the environment was full of natural attractions. The caretaker also very friendly and helpfull. The room which was allotted us was an normal non ac room, but still it was and worth for money category one. Night view of the palm grove is entirely different from the day view. It was an another extent viewing experience to all. Because they mad the lighting arrangements in that kind of catchy way. Their is notice they have pasted in thr wall, that they had a policy that they had restriction for unmarried couples. That i am not ready to encourage. If they can able to liberalize this rule it will be much better to all other customers. Thats all about. Thank you.

Best place for people looking for affordable and cheaper Palm Grove Service Villa | Rooms & Wi-Fis for a stay that too in a heart of kochi which and very nearby lulu mall, with full of trees and different plants and birds it was quite and safe for a family stay especially. But only thing is no room service available and no utensils or electric kettle to make a hot water, tea / coffee. So we have to walk down ourself to get anything. Still room facilities can be improved and found some insects in ground floor rooms even if there is mosquito net door available, ya but that's because of garden and trees we have inside the location.

A beautiful green patch amid-st concrete jungle - that's what this place is all about. The rooms are neat, washrooms are clean and the overall atmosphere is quite homely, thanks to the great hospitality displayed by the owner and caretakers! good to stay with family or in groups. The best part is connectivity - you have metro nearby, railway station and auto stands are quite closer. What more, lulu mall is at walking distance from this place and there are some good restaurants around too. Would love to come back here again!

I 've booked three times now at palm grooves service villa and i find it perfect for short stays as i have booked it only for that three of the times. The location is serene and beautiful. I stayed in the same non ac room allotted to us after our online booking and i find it to be feasible for short stays with their cheap rent. Located near to lulu mall, cochin, palm grooves service villa is for sure a recommend worthy homestay and i have. The service while check in is good and the staff were good in their approach too.

Had no clue about the place when I booked, did just coz it was near to Lulu mall nd I needed to go to mall with family next day. We were so happy to be in such a place, not so plush and extravagant but had total peace of mind. Hard to find such a grove full of rare trees and plants, birds, rabbit and stuff in the heart of the city. For that kind of money, it was really worth. Rooms are tidy and the overall ambiance gave a feeling like we were in some forest area resort.

We extended our stay. The stay is run by a couple who are very caring. They will care for you like you are their family member and will also inform the best places to visit and eat. Would love to come again and stay with them again.

A gem of a location for families. Excellent for people who need a place to crash primarily. No food options. But Swiggy delivery took care of that lack. Well maintained garden that's green and wonderful. Lovely sets of birds and rabbits. Caretakers were responsive and dependable.
