Bad behaviour by the property staff. Bare minimum amenities provided by the property. No food services (though breakfast service mentioned in the property description while booking).

Lights were going off, caretaker wasn't present at night.

I had a wonderful stay at the Plam Grove Service villa. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained.The location was peaceful with beautiful surroundings. The service was excellent, and the stay felt comfortable and safe. Overall, it was a great experience.

The location is very good, walking distance from the metro station and Lulu mall, non AC room is not good, but Ac room is satisfactory, i shifted from non AC to Ac in one night, lots of mosquitoes in the surrounding area

Location is very convenient to reach, close to Edappally metro station. Greenish and lush campus with long verandas and rooms overlook plants and trees. In the middle of Ernakulam, it’s an utter surprise to have this.

hotel is approached area but service and service person's are not available that property,rooms is most worst maintain dirty smell ,we never visit again,

We had a frustrating experience when it came to getting access to our room. After a long journey with kids, we expected a quicker response, but room service took a long time to let us in. This caused unnecessary stress as our children were exhausted. Definitely something to be improved.

I recently stayed at Palm Grove Service Villa and was incredibly disappointed with the customer service. My partner and I had booked for two days but were only able to check in after the first day. We arrived at 4:30 PM, already feeling like we'd missed out. The next day, we were late for checkout due to exhaustion, and the staff's response was unacceptable. Instead of a polite reminder, they knocked on the door and shouted at us, which was extremely unprofessional. The in-charge should review their staff's behavior and improve their customer service training. Overall, it was a very negative experience.
